Good staff

My daughter and I go to the flower show and stay here. Very convenient to Convention center and Redding terminal. Check in was easy.

The room could could not be cooled.down. it was extremely humid in the room . The exhust fan was broken in the bathroom. The 1 window in the room had so much condensation on it the windowsill had a puddle on it. I called the desk for extra blankets and was told house keeping was off for the day and i could.come.down to the desk its self.and get.the towles. Also the pool was being emptied and we specifically stayed at this hotel for the pool.

Our stay was just ok. The pool was closed for the day which was inconvenient since it was a big reason we picked this hotel. Our room was out of shampoo, conditioner, and the sink clogged. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor. On a positive note, the location was convenient & the room was a nice size.

Good experience with the family. Enjoyed our stay.

Very noisy from bar music at two other establishments. Poor insulation. Room i booked not available after waiting in lobby for a hour. Sold different room that was smaller. Told my rate would be adjusted, charged full price of origional room.

This was one of our more unpleasant hotel experiences in recent memory. Our room had a very foul smell when we first walked in. We immediately went back to the front desk to report it. They sent up a housekeeper and a supervisor who both reported that they “didn’t smell a thing” and even if they did, they were sold out and couldn’t move us. We’re not picky but this was pretty gross and very apparent. (Two of us also got very congested after being in the room for a while, and come to find out later that the hotel has some “pet friendly accommodations”. Seems like we were in one, unbeknownst to us.) They “redeodorized” the room but it still smelled gross, and was readily apparent for the whole trip. The room itself was a good size for our family of 5 (2 queen beds and a pull-out couch). But there were only 2 bath towels for a room that sleeps 6, no hand soap in the bathroom, no conditioner in the shower, and no sheets or bedding for the pull-out. We requested these things and they said they’d be right up, but it took about 90 minutes. We noticed the next morning that there was standing water in top of the a/c unit, unclear whether it was rain coming in the window or condensation, but it was a large puddle. So maybe it was pet dander and mold causing the smell. The hotel breakfast was ok, but kind of a terrible layout and difficult to serve from. The hot beverage bar being available 24/7 was a bright spot. Overall would definitely not stay here again.

Spacious and pleasant

This was our second time staying at this hotel for a cheer competition. We like the location and how close and easy it is to get to the convention center. The staff was very friendly at the front desk, which was wonderful. We were disappointed though, with the cleanliness of the room…it was very dusty and had an odd smell. We all left there with sinus issues, due to all of the dust and air vents probably not being cleaned out.

Attended for the eagles parade/ president’s weekend so was very crowded due to birds fans and families of cheerleading girls. Breakfast lines were long, pool and exercise rooms crowded, but staff ok and the place managed to be quiet on our floor. Would try again due to convenience and price! This is not Rittenhouse square but Reading terminal is across the street!

Great staff! Tiny pool was overcrowded. Nice little gym with good equipment. Best possible location for Philadelphia Convention center. Parking convenient but expensive. Could use some room updates, new beds and room could have and should have been cleaner. Overall I will most likely stay agai. For an event at Convention Center. Either here or Hampton Inn are decent options. Should have more than 1 waffle maker and probably another toaster or 2 at the free breakfast. Excellent location, staff and price so overall I was pretty much satisfied.

The room was good we didn’t like the shower and the fridge and heater made a lot of noise.

Someone else was checked into our room after we were already checked in. They were given keys then proceeded to come in while we were in there. Also the room stunk like weed and cigarettes. Not exactly what I was looking for with my kids.

Honestly, the location was nice and the staff is great, but if you want to sleep without all the noise, make sure you book when there is nothing going on in the city. Between the tattoo convention and the eagles game, did not sleep for two nights.

Great location. GPS didn’t take us directly to the front door, so we went around the block a few times. But easy to unload the car once we found it.

The hotel is located in a great area close to bars and the readington market it was great! But I’m overall the hotel was very average and a little run down. The vent was making noise in the room as if there was a gear broken inside, the couch looked like it has a few stains and just feels old and used, crack tile in the bathroom and no throw away slippers which didn’t make sense since they have a pool. And yea the pool was great if you were lucky to not see any kids in it if not you pretty much are swimming in piss. Not totally the hotels fault but maybe extend the hours of the pool to 12 or 1am to let adults enjoy it
