Very clean and comfortable.

The room and property was very clean. We had an accessible room so it was quite spacious. Beds were comfortable. We Staff was friendly as well. Would recommend.

The room was clean, big with lots of storage, big fridge and Netflix🙌. Great for a traveling family of 5. Only critique is the beds were not even or firm; I have a bad back, so rarely do I find a good one. However, the sheets were atypically very nice. Would definitely stay again. Ebony at the front dedk was super nice too!

The property was nice and clean and the staff was great. The property is in a great location.

Loved the location and surroundings. Did not like the additional $10.00 daily "parking" charge. Bad surprise. I have never heard of such a charge for a hotel in a suburban location with large lots. When pricing the place, the additional "parking charge" seemed like a bait and switch. Not a good look in my opinion.

Property location was good.

This entire experience w hotels.com and Hilton has been a financial nightmare. My card was double charged, once for $406 from hotels.com and then again from Hilton for another $453 (instead of being paid for by the booking site). This was for a 2 night stay which now costed me $900 instead of the $350 it should have been. This happened because when I checked in, the front desk lady told me I had to put a card on file for incidentals (standard) and that there is a $100 hold but said it looked like that was already paid for (explaining why the original total was so high) It was not included and was charged to my card along with another $351 for the room, instead of coming from the booking site that i already paid. When i called hotels.com and Hilton to resolve the double charge, nobody could figure it out and didn't seem all that interested in trying to, like $500 extra was no big deal and everyone has that laying around. I got the room so my daughter and her friends could have somewhere fun to get ready for prom and so I could stay closer in case they needed me but instead I spent the whole time stressing over this. When I just called to see when the money would return to my card because it did finally get refunded, they said 3-5 business days effectively leaving me with basically no money to get through the week. To top it off, the fire alarm went off in our room (for no reason) at 6:30 am. This whole experience was a nightmare. So disappointed and frustrated.

It was ok but nothing special. Size of suite was good and room was fine.

Beds were soft for a person with back issues.

At the last second prior to my stay something personal happened. We asked for a cancellation. The property would not cancel it and charged us for the room. ON TOP OF THAT - I'm being asked to say how my stay there was. I didn't stay there, but they took my money.

Hospitality of the staff was amazing. Room was spacious with lots of space to set up computers and lots of actual working USB ports!! Lots of space to stow stuff in the room and the kitchen facilities were fantastic. Quality breakfast with ample space for seating. We will definitely be back.

The rate advertised was different from rate charged. The rate advertised said tax and fees included later on they charged the taxes and fees extra. The mattress was not comfortable at all. We couldn’t get good sleep. Breakfast was ok, nothing superb as advertised.

This was a great hotel. It was nice and clean. The room was very big and enough room for our family of 5 to stay. It was clean and the breakfast was good. It is in a good location with food close.

Most appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, that they are pet friendly, and the nice toiletries that include conditioner and body lotion. Everything needed for our week-long stay. Thank you.

Very helpful staff and room is clean and perfect for our stay

Nice hotel but our room smelled overwhelmingly of bleach. If we were not so tired, we would have asked for another room.

I left my kindle in the bed when I checked out. The frontdesk helped me allocate it and mailed it back to me.

We always stay at this hotel when my daughter has swim meets in Richmond. It is in a a nice area with good restaurants, short drive to pools, and we love bedroom suites
