Property was located in a quiet corner of a shared parking lot. The employees were extremely nice and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing! My son and I had waffles and muffins. We enjoyed the pool, outdoor seating, and the fitness room. Our room was very spacious and clean.

When it was time to go to bed we found traces of bed bugs. We moved to another room and saw the same thing. I spoke with staff and told them I'm not comfortable staying there. I didn't receive a refund and had to get different hotel accommodations in the late night. Horrible night.

Pro: Rooms clean and large. Con: Very noisy as this property tends to be for people with kids. Great for them but if you don't have kids the property is very noisy. Didn't find control to raise or lower shades on window until end of second day. Control is far away from window next to bath. There should be a sign or clerk should tell you. We complained that shade wouldn't go down and clerk said he will call maintenance and all he had to do was ask if we knew where the control was.

They just need to keep up on the maintenance of the property. We switched rooms because you had to throw your whole body against the door to open and shut. This happened to another couple we were traveling with but the room they switched to to was the same. Also our flusher on the toilet was broken. In another room of another couple we traveled with there was pink mold all over the shower. When we did have the cleaning people clean our room they didn't vacuum. In general it's a hotel and nothing is perfect, but I have to say I never review anything and I am reviewing this. Staff was pleasant though. We did tell them about how they could fix the door issues.

There are a lot of little things in this hotel that need to be fixed mold in the shower , elevator buttons not working, door handle in the bathroom fill like it’s going to fall off

The area was nice. The actual facility was in need of repair and upgrade. The room's steel front door was out of alignment and needed to be pulled up to close. The carpet was old and stained. The bathroom door was a slider that had no handle and didnt lock. But the worst part was the shower drain from the room above leaked into the light of our shower and filled the light and leaked waste water into our shower. Since we prepaid with Expedia, we werent given any partial refund for the unpleasant situation.
