TLDR: Recommended.
2 rooms, one Saturday night stay. Helpful, friendly staff without exception. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Newish with minor wear and tear. Bathroom spotless and generously stocked with linens. Kitchenette not used but was very clean and looked to be completely functional.
Free breakfast was very good. Staff worked hard restocking to keep up with heavy demand with only short waits for freshly cooked eggs and bacon.
Cost for a single Saturday night stay was high at all nearby properties; H2S was in the middle of the pack on price but at the top for amenities and, I reckon, for service and quality. Well done.

I like the cleanliness if the room. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was able to accommodate us with an early checknin without a fee. And the free continental breakfast was good.

I stayed here a few years back and then it was 5 star all around. I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and upkeep. Service, staff and friendliness luckily still remains a 5 star.

The staff is very friendly ad professional. I felt welcomed and at home. I personally witness one of the staff handle a situation with a dog off leash. She was courteous while explaining the hotels policy. It took a couple of times for the lady to understand this was the policy. I was impressed.

My husband is in a wheelchair so we booked an accessibility room. It was a very large room with good ability for him to maneuver. Liked the kitchen area. Room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say is that despite the well thought out room accommodations for a mobility challenged guest, the room was quite far from the elevators.
