Excellent hotel at what seems like a newly developed area. Room layout is as good as can be for my needs. Breakfast was decent. Indoor pool and jacuzzi big plus. Gym was ok. It was on the expensive side but I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely the most personable and professional front desk staff we have ever encountered. Eileen provided us with an introduction to University of Virginia and Monticello and seemed eager to assist us in any way possible. She then reached out later by text, as did Marcus. Exceptional service for a family friendly suite type hotel. The room is designed to provide for longer stay with a kitchenette (full size refrigerator, cooktop, etc.), which we didn't need for an overnight stay. The sofa bed provided a comfortable seat and theking bed slept really well. We haven't had breakfast yet, but I am sure it will be fine. A great stopover experience! Thank you.

This particular room had several issues related to maintenance and housekeeping. The assistant GM was very helpful in resolving them. My experience with Hotel.com however was awful. I will never use you again.

First room a/c was broken then 2nd room was filthy. Toilet area was dirty, microwave had food splatter all inside, freezer was dirty, coffee tables had food stains on it like they weren't wiped down and the bathroom shower floor and bathroom floor was dirty and hair strands present. Will not stay here again!

This property is poorly constructed. I was awakened at 5:15 AM two mornings in a row with the noise of the guests in the room above me walking around. The noise was not slightly irritating but very noticeable. Sleep was not possible.
The food was below average. We have stayed in Homewood Suites before and had a great experience. Food and quality of the building and accommodations were great.
Not this time. We would not stay here again.
