Overall it was a great property to stay at other than the construction they are doing to fix it. The pool was dirty but the room and staff were fantastic!

I would recommend this hotel for a stay in College Station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our suit was roomy and included a small kitchen. It offered a hot breakfast with a nice variety of items. King bed was comfortable. Only negative is our room was by the basketball court and it was noisy with teenagers playing on it at night and early morning.. Just be sure to get a room away from court..

Felt older and worn down. One burner on the stove didn’t work. Shower drain was somewhat clogged so water drained extremely slow such that you stood in a tub full of water. Dishwasher had old food stuck in it. Staff was very nice although the cleaning person put my toothbrush in a dirty drain stop. It is quiet and safe though!

Check in was a joke. Tried to charge me again and seemed unfamiliar with Expedia! Took forever and I was the only person trying to check in. The room door was not locked. Unable to lock door from interior. Candy wrapper on floor. Will never return to this hotel.

Hotels.com over booked our stay. Homewood suites says third parties do this often. So we didn’t get the room we originally booked. However homewood suites did accommodate us and got us different ones. The smell in the room isn’t great/ but it is a pet friendly hotel, there is carpet so I assume that’s what it is? The tv in the bedroom with the king doesn’t work. Front desk lady was really nice. It feels like a safe area and next to a lot of restaurants and stores.

We arrived and got our room that was to have a king and two queens for 5 adults and 2 children. It looked like people were still in the room so the desk went through a few moves before fixing it all by giving us 3 rooms. Thank you for making it right. The motel was very nice!

The yogurt on the buffet was expired. The shampoo in bathroom was almost out and hard to get out. The utensils in the drawers were dirty as were the pans under the burners in the stove. The sheets were old and wouldn’t stay on the mattress.
