Homewood Suites by Hilton Edgewater-NYC Area

Very helpful staff. Great location. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of options. Rooms and bathrooms clean. Only downside - the beds were too soft for me. Also, the laundromat on both floors was out of order. The hotel staff didn’t know when the laundry facilities would be functional.

I like that it is so accessible to NYC. The suite is very convenient when there are kids. Breakfast and coffee were good

Everything in the gym is broken, we left a day early because no one ever came to clean the room. We were able to request clean towels. Breakfast was not great.

Good stay but alil pricy

The staff was so incredibly friendly and the hotel was clean and cozy. This is a perfect location for visiting Manhatten. The bus stop is right there to get you where you need to be.

Very nice hotel, clean room, no weird smells, quiet, staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and free parking are big bonuses! Will definitely stay here again next time.

Great property

Great front desk staff. Lovely walk along the river promenade once we found the right area. Easy access to good food. Easy free parking. Comfy room like a studio apartment. And we were happy to be able to open windows, even though no rooms have terraces.

Got a room where their tub didi’t work, phone didn’t work, and had to be moved to a different room late at night

Did not like rhe plastic cutlery and plates at breakfast, auch a huge waste, general cleanless in the kitchen area was average. Imstead of reception contacting us we were locked out of our room with two.children at 9pm, not great customer service
