Our front desk person was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a nice, quiet location. The breakfast was the best we've had at a hotel for breakfast and overall was just a great experience. The room was very clean - even the fold-out couch mattress was comfy!

Nice size accommodations, however, there were dirty utensils in the room and a big stain on the floor. Also, at checkout, we were leaving the room on time, and they locked the doors on us and then called and asked if we were going to leave. Not great customer service.

Stay was nice and people were nice. Bathroom/shower leaked and needs work. Breakfast is supposed to be until 9am, but when I got down there around 8:20am they were starting t put away everything, buy 8:30am there was not much left.

Only problem was that the shower door was almost stuck open. Once we got it loose, it was fine as long as we didn’t slide it all the way open again.

We love this place. Have stayed many times when in Gainesville. Close to everything. Best full breakfast buffet. Beer on tap in lobby,only complaint was empty shower soaps but always have our own

Overall we enjoyed our stay though we were in town for a loved one's major surgery. We were surprised that we could hear noise in other rooms, dogs barking, children crying. But the 2 bdrm floor plan is excellent. The furnishings were very nice. Maybe need more ice stations. A warm cookie at the end of the day would be a nice addition. But we were happy with our stay.

Room was big, clean Breakfast was good just waited because they didn't have enough staff to accommodate the level of guests at 730 am. Poor guy needed help. SOS
Family with crazy kids doing superman moves off the bed above us made it hard to fall asleep. Not the properties fault they tried to get the to calm down. Checkin was good, night clerk was hilarious. All and all a good stay ☺️

Found multiple roaches. Also had a handycap room with a shower that we could not use, the seat was broken and did not raise in the shower rendering it unsafe for us to use. Was not told at check in. Asked for another room, said they didn’t have any but would get it fixed. Never did for the 7 days there. Unacceptable

The room was exactly what we expected on arrival-very clean. We stayed 6 full days. During that time we received 1 service for clean linens & room cleaning. We had a barking dog across the hall for an entire day into the evening. Breakfast during the week had no variety, until our last morning. Coffee had a bitter taste all week. Any time we talked to staff, they were all very pleasant.
