Beautiful place, with an amazing breakfast!

We are family of 5 ( 2 adults - 3 kids ) very spacious, clean and quiet place

We absolutely loved our stay and all the room and the complimentary breakfast. When we got home from our vacation, we got a bogus parking ticket in the mail. Nowhere on any of my confirmations or emails was I ever told about a parking fee. I booked through Expedia and everything said free. Very disappointed to get a parking ticket on my arrival home that was never mentioned at check-in or anywhere else. Very sneaky and even came from a third party stating it was not the hotel so now we have to make a lot of phone calls

Nice staff. Overall good location. Be prepared to pay for parking at hotel and then at Sea World. Loved that we could walk to Bonefish for dinner and pharmacy to buy anything. Our sofa bed didn’t work. Loved the amount of space in our room.

I booked there because on your website it said free reception mon through Thursday for breakfast and dinner 530-730 free beer , wine? We are handicapped so not going out to eat would help us. When we got there they told us 530-730 is only offered on Wednesday? Not good! We had to go out! We were not prepared for that. Then it did not mention pay for parking? Then I booked a king bed and they said not available? I would like my money back! Rosanne Arpin

great and exceeds expectations

I like how big the rooms are and how quiet it was. I was charged twice for one day of parking so just under $60 instead of just under $30 and the person who worked there was rude when she told us the pool was closed

It was a great little hotel

The property is in general good, but paid parking in Orlando is a sin against tourism. Paying $27 plus taxes anywhere in Orlando is absurd. I used to live in Orlando and it’s really ridiculous to even hear it. The air conditioning unit in the room sounds like a train station. That’s really unacceptable. However, the hotel is in general good, except for the air conditioning unit and the ridiculous charge for parking.

We were pleased with our stay.

This location was beside SeaWorld. It was very convenient while we were visiting the park. Unfortunately when we got to the room, the air conditioning in the living area was making loud noise and the bathroom faucet was leaking out into the floor. We reported it immediately to the front desk. A young man informed he couldn’t just take my word for it and said he needed to confirm the two issues. He also said he could not accommodate me with another king suite so we would have to stay in a double bed suite with a charge. I stated I was a former diamond Hilton member and was surprised by his response and customer service? My husband and I sat in the lobby to wait for him to send someone to the room and check it. He finally came to me and provided a key to a new suite with double beds and did not charge me an increased price. I thanked him and we went to the new room. My former Hilton travels were always very comfortable with excellent high customer care and why I still travel using Hilton. I chalked this up to a training issue with this employee.

Family friendly. Nice pool and basketball court, a hit for kids/teens. Good breakfast, varies slightly daily. Convenient laundry facilities.

Homewood Suites Hilton Orlando Theme Parks was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and kind. I made an error when booking my reservation that they handled quickly and kindly to make sure I could still receive my rewards points. My app was also acting up with the virtual key card when we checked in, and they also handled that quickly! The hotel itself is super close to everything! It is minutes away from universal, sea world, disney, and both the Orange County Convention Center and The Orlando Convention Center and Disney Sports Resort (in case you are considering staying for cheer!) Parking is always available, and reasonably priced ($26 a night- and I promise it's not cheaper anywhere else in Orlando). The pool and sports court were wonderful. The pool was super clean and never too crowded. There is also a firepit and seating right outside of the pool that was lovely to sit at at night. The rooms themselves are perfect for a long stay! With plenty of space and the kitchenette is perfect for saving money by heating up leftovers or cooking your own meals. 10/10 would stay again!
