The front desk was amazingly kind and accommodating. Day 3 traveling cross country with an autistic child and a dog and we rolled in @11pm and he was so helpful and put us completely at ease.

Nice big room clean easy to walk our dogs. Everyone enjoyed it Breakfast chorizo was delicious overnight oats and chia pudding was delicious and unexpected perfect stay well done Thank you

While the room layout was fine, the bathroom needs updating. The caulking in the shower appeared moldy. Very spacious for a family of four. There were dirty dishes in the sink when we arrived. Otherwise, no complaints for the price paid.

The ceiling had water damage in the living area of the suite. The suite smelled damp and there was mold growing on the bottom of the tray on the table. I flipped it over so they could see it. The sheets were not very soft compared to other hotels and the bed springs were loud and the headboard was loose. The tv in one of the rooms didn't work. The breakfast was the best part.

Nothing was unique. It was dirty in the room, the remote control was filthy, the bathroom floors were dirty, everything was dusty, it was a used towel hanging up on the back of the bathroom door , it had a stinch. I told them about it and I got a message saying “they notified housekeeping” smh definitely have to up your game on the cleanliness of the rooms

This hotel in general was very clean with friendly staff members. However, they were extremely understaffed and we had to wait over an hour beyond check-in time to get into our room. When we were directed to a room that we were told was ready, it actually wasn't. A polite desk attendant then directed us to a freshly cleaned room. We won't be staying there again.

Water pressure in the shower is horrible. Paint is peeling off of the shower floor. The room was clean. The king size bed is shorter than a usual king bed. I'm 5' 10" and my feet hung off the end. Not a bad spot in a pinch but not working the $160 a night that I paid.
