When we came in for our check in, their parking lot was full. We were told to park at a nearby garage(they somehow share a part of a garage with an apartment complex) and to only park on the 4th story of said garage. When I realized this garage wasn’t connected to the hotel at all and didn’t have any elevators to get down, we knew we were gonna have to walk our luggages down 4 stories to get back into the hotel. Besides all that they also charge you $15/day for parking. With a toddler this is such a huge inconvenience. Sadly just for that we won’t be coming back no matter how close the hotel is to the shopping centers.

Dirty bathrooms… went to shower and discovered someone else hair all of the walls. Also, horrible view of a wall. You can tell the rooms need some updating. Bathrooms need caulking and sinks need drano.

When we went to Check-in the system went down. We were told that it was a brand new system that day. The poor staff couldnt get our key cards programed but while we waited for it to come back up they let us up to our room. Unbeknownst to us the only way to work the elevator was with the room key. That made for some comical moments getting back too the room with a bunch of luggage. We were able to get our keys anout 30min after everything and settled into our room. I also thought i had reserved a room on the higher floor and found out that wasn't the case. The staff was awesome and was able change our room and got us on floor 11 and a corner room. Amazing view! We were a little sad that there wasn't a hot tub and the pool was cold but we still had fun. Over all, we'd definitely stay here again.

Loved the location of this hotel. It was comfortable and well maintained. Be aware, there is a $15 parking charge per night. Hot buffet breakfast was good and coffee shop was nice. The only negative comment - I asked to be next to or even on the same floor as another party and they did not accommodate this request.

The General Manager, Bill, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and very quiet. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff in the Breakfast buffet were not friendly. Sadly, they were curt and never checked back with us if we needed more water or coffee. It is sad since the General Manager was so accommodating.
