It was such a cute boutique hotel! Very Tuscan like and smelled like a spa the moment you walked into any of the buildings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed out stay and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful quaint Mediterranean old world style hotel. Love the room love the balcony. Didn’t use the pool, but it looks very inviting. Staff is very good. Definitely would stay here again.

This hotel is quiet and close to all restaurants and shopping in Los Gatos. Has a nice restaurant in property and the service is impeccable. Facial and massage services are available.

Fireplace didn't work in either our room nor my brothers room even though that is the reason I chose the more expensive and larger room.
Hated the motion sensor light in the bathroom.

We were greeted with a lovely smile by Ashley at the front desk. I can’t remember the name of the other gentleman at the front desk but both were very lovely people and helpful. By far the hotel is gorgeous so you feel as though you are in Paris or Europe somewhere. We had everything we needed right there. Rooms were clean, well stocked with toiletries and much more. In hotel restaurant unique and quite fancy. If you are a hamburger sort of person you might want to eat elsewhere. But the food is very good. The prices are reasonable and won’t break the bank.
