There should be a way to tell folks as they are booking that parking will be 19-25 dollars and that free parking is couple of blocks away and that they may have to walk in rain and it will be 5 th floor of a public garage .

I love the top roof, the service in the restaurant, the food the front desk girls was so nice we us and friendly was a very good experience, I want to come back again.

The rooms are very clean. The on site coffee shop and rooftop bar are really nice. I valet my car because parking can be a little tricky. The hotels within walking distance of restaurants & cute shopping areas.

No bible in the room but they had gay pride stickers at the front desk. :( I guess you didn't have it in the budget to paint the celing.

Clean, modern, spacy room. TV with YouTube, Netflix, etc. Nice restaurant and rooftop.

Staff wasn’t the best. We went to the roof top restaurant twice - for lunch and dinner - and the first time, the server was barely attentive. My husband literally had to ask the host for our server 3 times. We didn’t tip because there was barely any service to tip for. During dinner, we got better service but the lady seemed like she didn’t want to be there and very like ._. to say the least. We of course tipped her since service was so much better. Nevertheless, the room was pretty. We got the water view but it wasn’t really a water view lol. You see more of the city (which isn’t that pretty to look at). It felt humid in our room which we didn’t love but it was whatever. Parking was good in the hotel and was included so that was nice! Not sure if I’d stay here again.

Very loud at night…cars speeding by and trains every hour or so all night long. Expected a much nicer stay for the price that was charged.

Stayed over Memorial Day weekend with my family of five. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and every member of the staff was friendly and courteous. Rooftop bar and lounge was beautiful, clean and had a friendly vibe. Service was great there as well. Food was not amazing but way more than adequate in quality and we’ve dined all over the world in top restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and I would return if I’m in the area again. I’ve seen negative reviews of this property and can’t understand them at all. The rooms were not noisy as I’ve seen in other reviews. The in room ac unit was a bit noisy but it’s an ac unit and didn’t hinder our sleep at all. Great stay!

The hotel is in a great location, in the middle of the downtown area. There are restaurants, bars with live music and lots of shops and galleries. The hotel is clean and quiet and there is an excellent rooftop bar with views of the town and water.
