I had a great stay and like that fact that I was not asked to put down a CC for incidental's. So I will make sure I will stay here again if I am in the area. The room is clean, everything works. I have zero complaints. The only thing it can be better is having a stronger WIFI but other than that great hotel to stay.

My fav motel to stay at. Very clean :) which makes me super happy! And the front desk is absolutely wonderful and very accommodating.

Our room was very spacious, recently remodeled and very nice. Based on room-specific reviews, our room may be better than others. Look closely when making reservations. A couple of things like towel racks and the coffee machine were in less convenient locations.

The room was dirty when we arrived, and the shower temp control handle was not staying attached. I called down to the front desk and was told that housekeeping would clean it the next day. He also said that we would get a $100 credit. When we got back to the room the next day, it had been straightened up, but the floor was still dirty, and the towels were dirty. When we checked out, I asked for an updated receipt and there was no credit on it. He left no notes, so I was told I'd have to call back and talk to him. Not a good experience.

Checked into first room. Super musty smoky smell. Fridge not clean. Sheets and bed clean. Around 10:30pm fire alarm started beeping intermittently. Front desk very nice and accommodating and moved us to another room. 2nd room not so bad a smell. Room served its purpose for a quick overnight.

Located near a bunch of stuff which was nice.
Room had an odor and realized it was coming from the floor, we were on the bottom floor and water came out some of the tiles. (so it was probably mold) not ideal. If you get a 2nd or 3rd floor everything would probably be fine.

Very nice modern style clean and comfy room. Loved how large the bathroom was. Only complaint is the bed was super squeaky and there was a lot of thumping over my head in the morning. I assumed it was other guests but when i listened closely it was a very familiar sound. Squirrels or either raccoons in the roof. Breakfast was okay. Convenient. They had a waffle maker and all the ingredients to make them. You had to make your own waffles. There was also packets of oatmeal, some fruit, bagels and muffins & other pastries. I took a Lyft as transportation Lyft drivers always came promptly. I would check in this hotel again.

the mirror in the room looked like it was about to fall any minute. when i told the front desk about , they did nothing. i also told them that we needed someone to come and plunged the toilet because it was backed up Nothing was done about it

I stayed at this hotel/motel for one night due to a competition in the area. Check-in was fast and easy, and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was recently renovated, spacious, and overall ok, but unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean and the shower spout completely fell off during use, which was frustrating. The beds were comfortable, but we did have noisy neighbors who kept us up until 1 a.m., seemingly unaware of the other guests around them. This was disappointing, but they eventually quieted down. Overall, you get what you pay for.
