Hyatt House at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center

Our second time staying at this property. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very convenient to have a kitchen area. Definitely recommend.

Service was great

The people working at the hotel were all kind and friendly. There were signs that it was under renovation so we weren’t surprised when we saw indications. That said, the elevators wouldn’t work a couple times and that was a bummer. I was also concerned about the carpet in the hallway we had to walk down because it had a bulge in it and my husband is paraplegic, so he walks with assistance. The breakfast was very big and nice and overall it worked fine.

Buffet breakfast was very good every morning. Staff was friendly and they were very attentive at breakfast. Room had a very nice view of the Disneyland fireworks. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice rooms, lots of restaurants around the area. Nice staff.

Hotel was 9 minute walk to Disneyland Hotel was a 8 minute walk to Cheesecake Factory Rooms were spacious

This Hotel was a 9 minute walk to Disneyland on a safe sidewalk Under the Hotel was a pizza place open till midnight and a 24 Hour Walgreens Hotel was also a 7 minute walk from Cheesecake Factory and AMC Movie Theatre If you don't want to walk A bus stops right outside the Hotel every 20 minutes and is $6 unlimited per day or $2 each way

The stay was pleasant enough despite major construction happening on our floor which brought dust and the inconvenience of the elevator usage with construction supplies. The breakfast was great and staff were accommodating and friendly despite renovations but I would definitely consider another hotel until construction is over.

There might have fleas in the hotel. I was bitten many spots (at least 10 spots） on my waist, hip bottom, legs and knees pit. I traveled a lot, it’s never happened before. I can’t believe that it’s happened in Hyatt. It’s a kind of horrible staying.

The room wasn’t ready at 4 PM, which was frustrating after a 9-hour drive. The king bed was extremely uncomfortable and left me with body aches. That said, the bunk beds and overall room setup were fantastic—perfect for families! One of the biggest design flaws, however, is the air conditioning. The bunk room turns into an ice box, while the main room stays uncomfortably warm. Front desk staff were lovely to deal with.

After an anxiety-giving airport experience, my family and I were so tired and really needed something quick, clean, and enough room for us all. The staff of Hyatt House gave us that and then some. With a spacious room and complimentary breakfast, it was everything we needed.

The hotel had a sewage smell throughout and it needs serious updating. Very disappointing.

We had a wonderful short stay here. The room we booked was unfortunately overbooked and we had a little bit of a downgrade. In most circumstances, this will never warrant a positive review but the hotel staff, especially Pualena or Pua made sure we were taken care of. She contacted us before our arrival and explained the situation. We were given a comparable room and parking was comped. The biggest thing was that we have two little kids and asked if any rooms had a detachable shower head that will make washing them a lot easier. None of the rooms available had that unfortunately. However on our first day we noticed that the tub faucet was dripping water, nothing that was bothersome but we mentioned to the front desk and they had someone look at it while we were out. When we came back to the room we found a detachable shower head installed. The drip issue was unrelated but Pua had maintenance install the new shower head anyways since we have previously asked for a room with it. We’ve stayed at many places but never received such a gesture. Service is top notch.

Lovely hotel, very close to the park. I was most impressed with the friendly staff. Pua went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful, joy-filled visit.
