We arrived a little after 5 to check in and no one was at the front desk to greet us. After waiting about 15 minutes, my husband walked behind the counter to peek behind a wall to find a worker. After beginning to check in, she let us know that the parking garage was an additional $38 fee which was a little frustrating as well. Room was clean.

Nice large room with a kitchen and tiny refrigerator, well decorated and quiet except when any door in the hallway slams shut and they all do. The shower was fancy but not straight forward to operate. You must hold down the handle a few seconds to flush the toilet. The morning light seeped through the windows. Very limited drawers for clothing storage. The parking mechanism was problematic and rarely worked correctly. The rooms and daily parking were expensive. On my next visit I'll likely try a different hotel.

Overall the property was what we needed on this trip. There was a very pleasant maintenance
man who was very polite and accommodating. The little things do not go unnoticed. Thank you. The parking on site was a little expensive.

Different room give me.
when i booked with kitchen but step says room is full and no kitchen.
I don't have any other choice.
And when i check out today 3am.
Only one women work at the counter.
I requested print with receipt but she say system down so wait 15 to 20 min.
I understood sometimes happening.
But she is working attitude is really bad.
Please fix like this problems.
