We were treated very nicely on our checkin.
The resturant staff was also so very nice.
Easy entrance to the room also.
If I do have any negative feedback, it would be the lack of a designated doggie area.
But I would totally stay here again.

Beds were comfortable; room was spacious; the fan in room was continuous and temp controlled which is great for drowning out husband’s snoring. Breakfast was descent. Great water pressure in shower. Nice location.

Located in downtown Boise, very easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. Boise State and and the river all a short car ride and or walk to it. Was in Boise for four days and walked everywhere.

Upon checking in. I found out that I cannot use my rewards points, which was one of my primary purposes for choosing Hyatt. At the I was told reception No you don’t get to earn your points because you booked this through Expedia. The Hyatt representative Jeremy.was not kind nor compassionate in any sense. I don’t know if this is a policy change but if this is the new policy, then I won’t be booking rooms through Expedia going forward.

Property is located in a good spot in downtown Boise. Walking distance to much of the nightlife downtown.
The staff was not as friendly as they could have been, but still helpful. Shower had a crack in tile, as did the toilet. For a hotel of this caliber I would expect a little better.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. The location is perfect for anything you’re doing in the downtown area. Parking is super convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nia at the front desk was particularly delightful. She made our stay even better.
