Didn’t feel safe. The surrounding area is the edge of Cherry Creek. Seedy side. Which is sad. We had to uber to the Cherry Cricket area. $20+ each way

Clean, and comfortable beds. Great bathroom and tub. We were kept up until 1am then starting again at 6:30am with a noisy neighbor talking loudly with each other and on the phone on the other side of a shared suite door. Not sound proofed.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and the customer service agents were very friendly. The location was very convenient and close to DU which was why we chose the hotel. The area which could use improvement is the breakfast. It was not very appealing. The fresh fruit which was the only thing I chose to eat kept running out and they did not have half and half or heavy cream ( only coffee mate). Marginal breakfast but a lot of variety.

The staff was very rude. There was no greeting when we entered and they could find our reservation, even though I showed proof. Eventually it was found but there was no apology more of a blame. Will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was sweet and cheery. The room was so tidy, no noise, in a good area. Parking was only $15 vs 50 almost everywhere else. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.
