Amazing Coustomer service was provided at the hotel by the staff. Anastasya was absolutely lovely at the front desk.
We came here because we got stuck in the highway because of a snow storm. I’m incredibly greatful that we found this hotel. The staff made us forget about everything the moment we walked in the front door.

Staff was very friendly. The entire hotel was dog friendly which was amazing! Walking distance to a few good places to eat. Walkable to a ski lift. Would definitely stay again.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The amenities that the hotel provided were always available. The only criticism was that due to the snow melting and freezing, the road and the walkways were hazardous to walk on and I believe they should make more effort to prevent the icing, or remove the ice.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was overall good, great coffee, but can't a Hyatt serve real eggs? Clean room, but no microwave, and the toilet needed several flushes.

Hotel was fairly clean and staff was friendly. There was no exhaust in the bathroom and drywall/paint was peeling over the shower. Otherwise the room was clean.
There was also a $35 per night “resort fee” that Expedia did not disclose while booking. I did not appreciate this extra hidden charge. Poor business model on both Expedia and Hyatt’s behalf

View was nice! Beautiful little waking trail around some water lands and river. Great view of the ski hills. Outdoor hot tubs are nice.
A little old and worn down.
Could use a good cleaning, walls in dining area had splatter on them. Various windows were fogged over or dirty to the point you could not see out.
Area between bed and wall is so narrow i don't think the vaccume fits, or they don't bother to clean it, it was way gross!
Toilet didn't flush very well, and bathroom fan did not work. Shower head was partly clogged.

Very disappointed. First, they charge for parking even though the town is practically empty — it felt like a ghost town, so the fee made no sense. On top of that, they didn’t even mention the parking charge when I checked in, which felt really sneaky. The room itself was extremely cold, and the heater barely worked. It made so much noise that it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. Definitely not worth the stay, and I would not recommend it

Be careful booking on this platform because you will be charged double at least for their resort fee and parking fees. They had told me parking was free at the front desk but then just added it to my credit card

Great hotel and great location! However, it’s dog friendly and has carpet. I wasn’t aware that there would be dog fur in our room or we would have stayed elsewhere because my son is allergic to dogs. He ended up spending one night at a friend’s.
