Staff were very friendly and breakfast had pretty good variety. Hotel carpets could definitely use deep clean and some amenities (pool, duvets, shower racks) should be replaced to meet Hyatt Place standards. Convenient location for shopping, dining and highway.

First room had a over powering smell that hit you when you walked in. Like feet mixed with musty. Like dirty wet carpet. Had my allergies reacting. I asked for a new room. The next room my daughter said smelled like old people. They did give us a handicap room for some reason. I sprayed perfume o cover it up. But the carpet was physically wet in front of the bathroom. It was late we were super tired. I put towel down so we didn't walk in it. I probably won't stay at a Hyatt again.

Booked a king room. Front desk said Expedia overbooked so we were given double queen instead. Big red stain on carpet when we walked in. Also no microwave which is annoying to have to go to the lobby just to heat something up

Tried to cancel minutes after realizing I booked wrong days and the no cancel policy took my $ knowing I would not be staying there and accidentally got the wrong date !!!!!!that is stealing and wrong !! How you can sleep at night knowing that if a person makes a mistake and calls you don’t keep $ and say sorry and I’m sure you filled those rooms also bad business is all I see!!

The front was accomadating when we wanted to switch rooms to a different layout. The breakfast was decent. The pool could use some work. Pool for our family is very important and this pool was gross to be in. The chlorine fumes were heavy. I could not be in there for more then a few minutes before my head started hurting.

It was a good location, because it was clean. However, we requested a crib days in advance and the staff said they only had 3 for the hotel and no more when we got there. They should have given us a call and let us know. We have a 10 month old. They also informed us they didn’t have any staff available to go check at the time of me asking. Very strange.
