The shower curtain was not wide enough for the shower which led to splashing onto the floor. The sink faucet was too far back ehich led to splash out on the counter. These were the only complaints I have about my entire stay. Super minor complaints. I will be back soon.

Rude staff and front desk. Initially, the stay started off great. The initial check in person was nice. The rooms are great and my room had a balcony. However, the glitter soon wore off due to the rudeness, predjudice and bias if the majority of the service staff. This hotel caters to whie people and made me, as a black women to feel unwelcomed. If I was standind in the lobby drinking water, security would run up and ask me what do i need. They were very bothered that a black woman was exsisting peacefully in th lobby. A doorman literally told me to move from where i was standing. When i moved, a white man stood in the same spot. This doorman did not say anything to the white man. It is a shame that a primarily Black staff would treat a black hotel guest this way, but its true. Then, the fron desk attempted to charge 25 dollars per hour for a late check out. This hotel is for white business people.

I was very surprised a Hyatt Hotel was so sparse & mediocre. I’m used to a Hyatt Regency. That is a higher class location. There were no amenities in the room. It was very sparse. I was quite surprised. You got a make up your brand bring it up again.

I booked this hotel through Expedia last minute. After showing up to my air bnb that was NOTHING like the pictures, I walked out and got online to book this hotel because it was around the corner from where I was originally staying. Everything about this hotel screams luxurious and top notch. The staff from valet, check in, and the bellman's were all nice and very pleasant. I booked a queen room but got an upgrade to a king with a city view and the view was absolutely amazing. I would stay here a million times again if I ever come back to Atlanta

El hotel es super y cerca de muchos lugares para visitar lo cual hicimos caminando, es lo maximo, lo unico que no me parece es la opción de parking, creo que 60$ es mucho dinero, lo resolvi rentando uno en el hotel Aloft por la mitad del precio
