Very comfortable, plush beds. It is located in a district that is up and buzzing at night and is not quiet, but is also beautiful and exciting. The building is very large inside but there isn't much in terms of shops on the inside. Staying here is an experience if you enjoy the smell of and the look of 200 year old architecture and character that you will not get from a modern structure. I actually have no complaints. I wouldn't return, but only because I prefer modern. I prayed about staying at the right hotel for our experience. God answered by not letting me pass this up - and it was free with my points. It turned out to be everything my daughter was hoping for. She loved the place, so I'm glad the Lord answered with this. It was abonus to learn, after the fact, that the last scene in the new Superman movie was filmed here. Cool.

Easy check-in, hotel was very unique utilizing the old arcade building from 1890. Rooms were larger than most in this price range. We self parked right next door for $35/night. Several restaurants are in the hotel, but you are in one of the best restaurant areas in the city. We walked to most places including an easy walk to Progressive Field. We highly recommend this hotel

The hotel services were quite minimal. It was hard to locate the coffee in the morning - the configuration of the small lobby and the restaurants were not user friendly and not attractive. Guest room was nice but not the lobby area. Would not recommend this hotel.

The Arcade is like being on a luxury liner 1900’s. We walked to the Guardians baseball game. We walked to a grocery store in an old bank building. We drove one hour to Cedar Point amusement park.We went to the RRHOF. We went to the Cleveland Museum of Art. We went to the House from A Christmas Story.

We paid for a room with 2 queen beds and we had what seemed like 2 beds just tad bigger than a twin, did not even seem like a full size. Other than all of us having a terrible nights sleep the hotel was very clean.

We stayed for two nights and really had a great time. The Hyatt is quiet, safe, and convenient. We walked to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame-found some great restaurants and coffee shops along the way. We ate in the 1890 Lounge and Becky was excellent behind the bar. Would definitely recommend.
