From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable – I slept like a dream every night.
The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore, but still peaceful and relaxing. The amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out.
I genuinely didn’t want to leave – it felt like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing experience!

Place nice but we could not control the temperature which made it difficult fo sleep comfortable.
Walls are paper thin and one can hear everything thats happeninv on the hañlways. Since there are tons of folks visiting Disney, there is quite activity since early morning until late at night

Beautiful outside. Amazing customer service. Entryway and public areas are updated and gorgeous. BUT the rooms are crap. Its cheaply renovated and feels like a Motel 8. There was also water damage to the sides of the shower. So uncomfortable to even be in the room that we left a few hours later and decided that we would sacrifice the over $500 we spent on 2 nights there for a better hotel down the street.

The location is very close to nearby breakfast/lunch/diner options. The setup is quite nice. Staff and services, even requested services, are very nice. The only thing that caught us off guard (or perhaps we didn't pay attention or didn't remember) was the $30/day parking charges. This is one of the only few hotels we have been to that charges parking.
