Air conditioning not cold.

Staff was very helpful from the moment we arrived. Wish they provided more towels. We had to call housekeeping to get more .

The resort was awesome, loved the pool area and the cabana. Service was impeccable and food/restaurants were amazing. It was a long ways to building 5 tho and the rooms could use a little bit of updating. Safe fell off wall as we were at dinner, could have fell on one of us, but they came up and handled it well. Overall we enjoyed our stay immensely!!

Check in process was a breeze. Shout out to Alex who accommodated us with and early check in. All staff was amazing. Planning another trip soon!!

Urgent Complaint Regarding Unsafe and Misleading Hotel Experience – Request for Full Refund Dear Manager, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent stay at your Palm Springs property. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend turned into a frustrating, disappointing, and outright unsafe experience for both me and my fiancée. Due to the severity of the issues we faced, I am requesting a full refund. The most alarming and dangerous incident occurred when the glass sliding door to our balcony was blown off its tracks due to high winds. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience—it could have been a serious accident. My fiancée happened to be near the door at the time and had to physically grab and hold it to prevent it from completely falling and shattering. The fact that this happened at all is unacceptable and raises serious questions about the safety and maintenance standards at your hotel. Additionally, several of the amenities that were advertised on your website were simply not available or functioning as described. The pools were not heated, despite being advertised as such, and more importantly, the jacuzzi — which played a significant role in our decision to book with your hotel — was also not heated. This felt like a classic case of false advertising, and it significantly impacted our ability to enjoy our

Oh where do I start… Let’s go with the front desk: the GM of this property thinks 1 front desk person is enough. As a former FD Manager…that’s crap. I shouldn’t have to wait in line for 30 minutes to get a duplicate room key because there 2 people in front of me needing to clean up separate folios. And having to call tue front desk to ask questions…MORE THAN INCE BE AUSE NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE. Or shall we talk about broken tiles in the bathroom, carpet stains in hallways. These are things GMs don’t bother to urge to fix just so they can make their annual bonus. It’s disgusting and ownership needs to get on this. The spa? Omg, YUCK! When was the last time you people cleaned your spa with a scrub brush and a pressure washer. Scum build up the women’s showers in the spa and public areas that are blackened with scum and dirt. Unacceptable. And can you turn on some cold water in building 5 so I’m not brushing my teeth in hot water. I won’t be back. In a word: Ew.

The service was horrible, my room was not serviced by housekeeping had to call to get towels and took an hour to get. Also college kids staying there were loud and disruptive.

we didn’t go to jacuzzi coz a lot of kids everytime, we didn’t get our deposit refund. We stay all the time in our room.

Nno ice vending in our floor we ask 3 times if they could fix the ice machine . It never happend and we went the pool bar and asked for ice they said they couldnt give us ice. Tv did not have satellite. Ants were in our room they had to spray our room. No hand soap in our room. We came last year and they closed down the pool for a private and it happened again. The main jacuzzi was not heated very disappointed we will not come back
