The staff was wonderful. The outside of the building is charming. The interior of the room left much to be desired. There was tears in the window shade. Stain stuck on the window that was unable to be washed off. A bleach stain on the floor. The walls need a coat of paint and the door frames need a good sanding and paint. The bathroom in contrast was lovely.

Fairly worn down and threadbare. Many corners being cut--like being stingy about giving more than 2 sets of towels, even though we had 4 in our room, and the included "breakfast" being a stack of brown bags with a packaged waffle and maybe an instant oatmeal. Wifi worked poorly, if at all (triggering certificate errors), and the staff didn't seem to understand the problem or interested in getting it fixed. Generally otherwise passable.
