Inn on the Square

Room wasnt ready until after 5 pm. Then was charged extra fee for amenities which I was advised at the desk but I got the room through Expedia. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience of the room not being ready but was advised they could not do that due to booking through a third party. I asked that they not charge me the extra amenities fee for the inconvenience and was advised thay also could not do that. Upon checking in there was several other groups of people also waiting for their rooms which were not ready. There also is no elevators in the building.

This place has been not only convenient to all activities but it has always in great condition.

Only Location was excellent. The rooms were adequate at best. Nothing seems maintained. Outside Common areas were nice but unusable as they were stewed with debris. Housekeeping was incomplete.

Dear Newport Hotel Group, I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at Inn on the Square in Falmouth, MA and wanted to share some feedback about my experience. While the location was pleasant, there were several aspects of the stay that were disappointing and significantly impacted my comfort: 1. Excessively Thin Walls: Noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway was very noticeable, making it difficult to relax or sleep peacefully. 2. Uncomfortable Bedding: The pillows provided were extremely flat, offering little to no support and contributing to an uncomfortable night’s rest. 3. Room Location and Inconvenience: The room was located directly near the main entrance and lobby, which met us with unpleasant scents of food from Percy’s Breakfast and lingering scents throughout the evening. I chose Inn on the Square expecting a restful and quality experience, and unfortunately, these issues made the stay less enjoyable than anticipated. Was a problem with checking they was making over 8 people wait in lobby till 4pm

We liked the location which was close to the town Main Street and it was convenient to get on the ferry. But the hotel provided very basic accommodation. The room was outdated and was not thoroughly cleaned. Dust was everywhere.

Our room should have been 4 pm. Our room was not ready until after 6 pm. We were very tired and this made for an uncalled for delay after a long day of driving.

Only a one night stay regretably. Room very clean, beds very confortable. Personnel friendly.

We've stayed here many times. It's very convenient. The only issue we've ever had is that the walls are so thin that you here everything in the rooms next to yours.

The staff was lovely at this hotel. It’s a short walk to restaurants and super convenient to the Shining Sea bike path entrance. We rode our bikes from the hotel to the woods hole/Vineyard ferry- a flat 3.5mi ride

Amazing stay! Lovely, clean property with an amazing large pool and grounds! Walkable to town and just a few minutes from Martha’s Vineyard ferry!

Had a very nice stay at the Falmouth Inn. The rooms were nice and it was quiet at night. Location was great to walk to downtown Falmouth.
