Kyle at the front desk checked us in and gave us an upgrade to an incredible room! Kyle was friendly and gracious, and so helpful! The hotel is grand and beautiful, and there is an historic section with incredible architectural details. The views of the river from our room were incredible. We loved every minute and hope to stay there again.

Great location, friendly staff, perk-Saturday evening kids movie with popcorn at the pool! Only bummer, our refrigerator didn’t work. Overall, would recommend!

the hotel was quiet and secure but definitely need yo fix and update a few things. also would say that most employees seemed friendly. for the pice of the rooms and everything definitely not worth the 400 a night.. and when i asked questions and tried to figure out things felt like i was getting dirty looks and and very short with responses and then barely any tv options for channels. i think they can be better and do better being they charge so much and being on a main drag. that don't mean u charge more if the property dosent match what u pay for.

The last five years we have been staying at your hotel when we visit Chicago. We love the new room updates location for the most part. Great all around stay, only one minor complaint. The hot water in the shower was a little touch and go. Other than that, it was a awesome location. I would definitely stay again. Going to try the one in San Diego, next month.

First they lie about their parking charge they said it was $88 for my whole staying comes out they lie and come out to be $88 per night and they lie about their breakfast, they said it was free but when we went it came out to being $40 per person. They said there was a $240 hold for any damages and after 1 week I never got my refund
