Wow wow wow. What an immaculate property! Food was amazing, and in line pricewise for the property. Staff was friendly, and attentive. It's a short ride to some of the best spots (Pier 39, Chinatown, etc.), or a nice walk if that's your thing. 10/10 would stay again.

Rooms were not as nice as rest of the hotel. Staff was helpful but you have to pay extra for everything. You have to pay 30 dollars to get a microwave brought to you to heat up your food, parking NOT INCLUDED, breakfast not included. With the price you pay for this hotel I at least expect parking to be included. Overall good stay but at this price point there are better options.

Amazing weekend getaway for my husband and I! Staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was delicious, beds were soooo comfy! Shout out to Bartender Ken and his Butter Fly Way cocktail!

Front desk was wonderful, Gina helped us out a bunch. She went above and beyond. The hotel was nicely decorated to welcome everyone for NBA All-Star weekend. Rooms were clean and well kept

The room was great and super clean with a great view.Staff was the best very accommodating and hospitable.

I love staying at the Intercontinental SF. Staff, valet, cleanliness is all amazing. What I love the most is the access to EV charging.

I stay here often and it is wonderful, but as with a number of neighborhoods in that area, it is dirty and the homeless and drug addicted make it feel unsafe.
