Easy access with the check in codes. Great amenities - gym, bbqs etc. our studio felt more like a one bedroom apartment the way it was laid out, it was spacious and the bedroom was separated from the rest of the suite. Well stocked kitchen with equipment, we stayed for 5 days and would definitely stay again and for longer. Easy transport links into DC.

The apartment was dirty upon arrival. There was dog hair and crumbs on the floor, hair and boogers in shower, ac barely worked and the apartment and building smelled so bad! Also, the TV was in an odd place where you had to watch in an awkward position. There is no game room as listed and the theater didn’t work. Parking was 25.00 a night, not 11.00 as listed. I could have stayed somewhere way nicer for the same price, period.

Other than one bath towel has a black stripe that we used washer to wash it off before use, everything else is great.

The pictures are completely misleading. They took pictures of the apartments in the complex and have no pictures of where you will actually be staying which is a small studio apartment. The initial shock of walking in and not stepping into a place we paid for was really upsetting. But for a small studio space, it was clean and cute.

Great stay at Kasa Alexandria. The apartment was fantastic. Great location with many restaurant options nearby. Easy check in with virtual front desk. And they also checked in with us periodically to see if we needed anything. Looking forward to our next stay!

The only downside about this trip was that we were placed right next to the end of the hallway near double doors and we could hear when people would walk in/out because of the door slamming. Besides that, the room was beautiful and very affordable for our stay. Parking was pretty easy, and I enjoyed the thorough instructions we were given. The gym was also beautiful with a nice view. Stores and restaurants were conveniently located.

It was a little difficult to get into the building, but the room was clean and provided with every amenity you could want, including a full kitchen and a washer/dryer! It is close to a grocery store, a Target, and the Metro, and is in a nice neighborhood.

Only one elevator for the entire high rise building for my stay. Bamboo bedding isn’t as comfortable as cotton.

Great apartment unit--clean, well-stocked unit. The building was quiet, parking was simple, affordable and well-lit. Great location with lots of local restaurant options. Communications were clear and easy to understand. Since we're in the area pretty frequently, I look forward to booking this location in the future!

This building far exceeded my expectations. The virtual help desk and support I received throughout my stay was 10/10. The room itself was also amazing and the amenities were superb. I would definitely stay here again.

Finding the entrance to the property was difficult and unsettling in the evening of my arrival. There are so many door but you only can access one of them through the underground garage. The unit was easy enough to find once inside but the cleanliness lacked! From filthy shower curtains to unswept floors and used paper towels sitting in the sink. 3/5! The heat was sketchy and the ac was freezing. I did like the business center and the coffee station. The property itself was great to explore but in a very weird area. Everything off the block of the hotel was run down.

Online post for this property is misleading. I was led to believe there was parking, only to find out that it’s not included after my reservation was non refundable. There’s separate paid parking, which I used but my car got towed.

This was a great place to stay. Just a few things they could do better: 1. It's a little ridiculous to only provide 1 roll of TP and 1 towel per guest. 2. We were not told we would have to pay for parking every night. This isnt too costly but its helpful to know so tenants can plan for the additional cost. 3. Adding a rug in the kitchen area and bedroom closet would be really hospitable, the floors were cold. It was ground level as well so we only had views of parked cars. I will say the place was clean and well kept, and we slept great on the bed. It was very quiet which we appreciated so much.

Modern, clean, comfortable bed. Great location and public transportation. My only criticism is that the shades are not light blocking. Bring a sleep mask if you are light sensitive

The overall trip was amazing. We did get towed in the public parking area. I don't remember there being an option for a parking pass (unsure), but other than that once I got my van back overnight parking is $11.95. Anyway, the room was very clean, they gave me fresh flowers as requested, the bed was much more comfortable than most places I've stayed. Full kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, microwave, toaster and Keurig machine. The view from the penthouse was amazing (which they did not mention in the amenities, be we had access), the theatre room wasn't working properly, I think the inputs are mixed up.The outdoor eating area was nice had a really nice grill out there. There were also hammocks out there. The indoor lounge area was nice had a nice cooking range out there. I did go to the gym there and it has everything I needed including the yoga studio. There were many strip malls near by. We shopped at Amazon Fresh (we had never been so the item scanning carts were a fun experience). We had a great time.

We have stayed at this property many times. I recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Del Ray , Alexandria Va

We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper. So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to check in and drop off our luggage, we immediately had to go to a grocery store to buy toilet paper. It was very odd and inconvenient
