Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia, an IHG Hotel

Good hotel but charged me for minibar service that I didn't use and I had to ask them twice to get my credit for the restaurant.

Very cute , great location clean

What I love about this hotel was the luxury Jacuzzi jet bath towel. Perfect self-care getaway birthday weekend.

Loved every single bit of this experience. Will be back soon!

The hotel was beautiful and the restaurant being inside of the hotel was so convenient. The room was comfortable and very spacious, would definitely stay here again!!!

Nice neat property. Close to everything in city center. Rooms are pretty compact so if you like space then hotel may not be for you.

Great location and characterful property. The room with jetted bath expensive but worth it. The major disappointment was The Square - really fancied a cocktail but they give all the tables to diners and insist cocktail drinkers sit by the bar in front of huge TV screen.

The check-in started off rocky but the professional and courteous staff handled it immediately. Strongly recommend.

Great spot

I loved the hospitality of the staff. How clean the room was and access to valet parking. I loved the room I chose and the amenities it included plus the view to the city. I also enjoyed the restaurant inside food was delish & social hour was fun.

Been staying at Palomar for years. Always been the best place to stay in center city Philadelphia. I am starting to see wear in the rooms so I hope they get a handle on this ASAP so the quality of the hotel does not go down.

It was my first staying here but I've been to Philadelphia before. I came on President's Day weekend. The staff is very friendly and they are eager to help you. I also like the look and vibe of the hotel. My room was ok. It wasn't uncomfortable. I like the location. It is in the middle of everything you would want to walk to in Philly. For my next visit, would I choose this hotel again? 70% yes and 30% no.

Parking is not available !!! Do your research on overnight parking. They offer valet which is 68$ daily. Plan accordingly

From the moment we stepped out of our car and spoke with the valet attendant, our stay was lovely. Small things like having the door opened for you in friendly courtesy made us feel welcome. The woman who checked as in at the front desk was helpful & very kind and made sure we took advantage of everything during our short stay. The atmosphere was beautiful, every area clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was extremely clean and smelled like home. I loved how the shower used large shampoo,conditioner, and body washes instead if small disposable bottles, and all drinking glasses that were left were actual glass. It was a simple touch that was noticed. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you for being a safe, comfortable place to stay!
