Everyone working at the hotel was friendly from the valet to the front desk. The hotel is extremely accomodating to dogs and is in a centralized location in a neighborhood that is very dog friendly. It is a dog owner's dream.

Excellent experience at the Kimpton. Super nice front desk and also excellent service in both restaurants at the rooftop and also the first floor dining restaurant. This place really knows about customer service!! Took care of our every need!! Bravo guys!!

What a great hotel in a really fun area. Couldn’t be more convenient to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Except roof top bar with a beautiful view.

Almost everything was perfect! Location is awesome! Restaurants on property are great!. Rooftop bar is super fun!
Only thing that could improve the room would be a smart TV. They only have cable channels and on demand movies.
Gave a low score on the eco friendliness due to the huge open gas fire pits at the bar that are constantly burning. Cool ambiance, but it is wasteful.

Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was beautiful with ample outlets. Housekeeping was excellent. Only issue was not receiving a text from valet parking, enabling the ability to request our vehicle. Staff willing assisted, however. Rooftop bar was so inviting! Will definitely return

Nice hotel especially if you have a dog. Very dog friendly! JC and the other two bartenders were great! The only complaints I have are no clocks in the room and the pillows. Everything else was great and a great location.

Great location in the beautiful 3rd Ward. I loved how quiet our room was, the stunning view, and the comfy beds. This will be my go-to place from now on. My dogs and family loved it too!
