Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast didn't start until 6:30am, so was unable to enjoy it. But they did have waffle makers so im sure it was good.

The only thing that I had a hard time with was the location of the hotel. Being right next to the freeway, the traffic could be heard when trying to sleep.

Stayed here seven years ago and it wasn’t bad. I almost didn’t recognize it now because it is so run down. Dirty everywhere you look, pealing wallpaper, dirty elevators and only one working lamp in my room, The area around the hotel is not a place to be walking by yourself. Carts with flashing blues lights and security cameras mounted up high don’t give much peace of mind. The hotel did have private security guards but I was still worried about my vehicle all night. The 6 am free breakfast nowhere to be seen at 6:20 so I just left. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Inside lock on room entrance door was missing the turn knob. Tub wouldn't drain. AC not cold. Room clean. Quiet. Good night's sleep!

When I got to my room, the door was ajar due to a broken panel that secures the top lock. The shampoo and conditioner they left was used and the bathtub wouldn’t drain. The service was fine but the condition of the room wasn’t up to par. Thankfully I got there late and left early, but the property definitely needs work.

The surrounding area was very unsafe hotel surroundings with high fences securing parking lot but gates wide open. Left property before checking in because did not feel safe for my family. Lost 200 dollars as would not refund

This hotel is right next to the freeway, very loud, lots of lights. Hotel next door is boarded up. Sketchy neighborhood. On the positive side, great pool and two grassy areas for pets which is rare in the city.

Front desk gentleman was amazing and helpful. As for the rest of the stay, it was awful. The first floor reaked of weed, third floor smelled of dog pee right out of the elevator throughout the floor. The elevator was disgusting, our room curtains were trashed and had holes and tears throughout them. The floors are not cleaned underneath the sofa pullout and had chips, condom wrappers, and who knows what.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Our 5th-floor room was located near a renovation site, which generated significant noise early in the morning. Although the room was clean, it had a pervasive dust smell. The following morning, we received an unexpectedly loud knock from housekeeping at 9 am. When I inquired about the check-out time, the staff member explained that he was conducting room checks and would return at 11 am. The check in ladies were really nice. The only reason i rated a 2 for staff is because of the housekeeping employee who went knocking around really loud!!!

Condition of the property was clean, however the interior hallways showed several doors that appeared to have been kicked in at one point. the room itself, the door latch was broken off, the bedding had stains (looked like marker) the toilet seat and flooring had cigarette burns everywhere.

Tv remote didn’t work so couldn’t use tv. First room they gave us had an ozone machine running so had to go back down and request a different room. Breakfast was awful. My bagel was rock hard. Desk attendant at check in was wonderful though.

Someone tried to break into our room twice at 3am!! First i thought it must have been someone at the wrong room. Second time they got the door open! I had the lock thing on so they didnt get in. It was terrifying. When we called front desk they said they would look into it. When we call again they said it was them, they didnt realize anyone was in that room. It was all too shady for my benefit. We also realized a little too late the deadbolt was broken in our room. We stayed the rest of the night in our friends room. Didnt get any sleep.
