The property needs a tremendous amount of upgrades. Due to the property's conditions and location, I've chosen to pay a low price point of less than $95. I was promised that if I chose to add 2 more nights, then I would be granted to pay the same low price point upon arrival. Then, when the time came to fulfill the request, they charged me much more than the actual rate. I'm still waiting for the Manager to call me to adjust the rate. The property needs a lot of upgrades. Don't pay more than $85 per night at this location. Not worth it at all.

checked into our room and toilet seat was half off. no place to charge your phones or heart monitor or hearing aids. no night maintenance. changed rooms but toilet seat was very loose. no place to charge anything. carpeting throughout hotel was dirty and stained. hotel needed a deep clean. bath on ground floor was not cleaned from one day to the next. at breakfast they put out browning bananas. apple juice was moldy. staff didn't care, nonchalent and busy with personal phones.

Ibstayed at thisnproperty before and they were very very good, however this time I did not have a good experience, the cleanliness was not very good, the front desk girls were sonlaod back not very friendly or helpful, grumpy I was checking in and she took a call had menstanding there for almost 10 minutes while she blabbered on and on the phone and I am partially disabled and cannot stand up for toolong. Then we had a 2 night atay the keys locked us out the 1st morning we stayed there and it did that to others as well. I was just disappointed as i loved staying here in the past.

Let me first say that we have been staying at this hotel for YEARS as it is conveniently located to where we are visiting. They have a huge beautiful pool! They have wonderful FREE hot breakfasts! Nice selection! We had cheesy scrambled eggs and sausage and the waffle maker is great too...of course OJ and coffee! Can't beat their breakfasts! Our room was clean except the toilet had some mold...cleaning crew needs to be more generous with the bleach. No big negatives, but the hotel really should replace the carpet in the lobby and deep clean all carpets regularly since they are pet friendly. The lobby had big stains and our room was a bit musty with the "pet friendly" odor. A/C worked great. Easy check in/out. 30 years later, we will continue to stay there, just wanted to give our honest feedback. TY

Laquinta's quality has gone down as a whole. The brand needs to be updated. The hotels are old and smell. I could smell Marijuana on my floor and my room and pillows smelled like cigarettes. I was told a lot of truckers and construction workers stay there.
