The only thing I’m worried about is I have confirmation about staying there on July 11 and the front desk didn’t have any information about it so hopefully they can find my reservation and everything goes well. Thank you.

The young lady at the front desk made this place 5 stars for me. Her name is April and she’s courteous, patient, polite, professional, and caring. The bed was so very comfortable. They’re redecorating and doing some upgrades but my room was just fine. It was quiet and the breakfast was good. They offered scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, oatmeal, cold cereals, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, toast, pastries, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juice, milk, and juices. The elderly lady that worked in the dining room was very friendly, inviting, engaging, and kept everything clean and stocked. I’ll be stopping there again on my way back home.

The clerk during check in was not very pleasant and I was the only one in the lobby during check in.
The television in the room did not work, the air conditioner in the room did not cool down sufficiently and there was no plug for the bathtub. We were exhausted after many hours of driving and did not care to change rooms or have someone come "fix" anything.

The carpet in the hotel was very dirty.
As we were bringing in our luggage the staff member asked if we could carry our luggage up the stairs to 3rd floor instead of using the elevators. This was because she didn’t want us to walk on the just mopped floor.

first thing we noticed about our room was this cigarette smell, we told the front desk and she took take of the smell right away, she was very helpful in this situation the remainder of our stay was good

Well these hotels are usual clean so I either stay here or holiday inn. This hotel well at least my room wasn’t very clean. This hotel is dated and needs a remodel. I didn’t get the breakfast but it didn’t look like anything special. It was very small and limited on choices.

The staff was great. The lady at the desk when I checked in was super friendly.
The room, however, left something to be desired. I got the impression they’re in a remodel. New tile in the bathroom, but I think the desk was installed with the desk chair, then the bed.
The TV screen had vertical lines on it, and the cabinet for the refrigerator was on its last legs, and seemed to be tipping over.
One big plus was the back parking lot was lit up like the surface of the sun overnight, which helped my anxiety.

The gal behind the desk was not friendly at all, no smiles. I felt as if I were bothering her when we checked in. We requested a first floor room and were told none were available due to remodeling. We also requested a handicap room, so she changed our room number before we went upstairs. The handicap room had two queen beds. We requested a king, so back to the check in person and she was not happy she had to change our room. The room was in need of remodeling, and there was dust on the dresser (if you can call it that, looks like it came from Goodwill). Hallways needed to be vacuumed, doors were all scraped at the bottom, the room was in sad shape. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre, the eggs tasted terrible.
