Staff was great. The room I was in could be opened by sliding your card between the door and the door frame in seconds. There was approximately an 1/8 " gap btween the two. I alerted the girl at the front desk and she moved me to another room on a different floor but all the rooms on my side of the building looked lik they could be compromised as well.

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue is the air conditioner needs to be checked for the noise when it kicked on and off.

Things were good except for one thing; I'm not even 5 ft. tall and the bathroom mirror was set wayyy too high to be of use to me. I ended up using a small mirror and standing by the window which was difficult. I got my face on, don't know what I looked like. Hubs said okay.

The front staff was very friendly. The reason for my stars is because in the morning while taking a shower, i felt a bump on one of my legs, and saw it was a round black bug sucking on my skin. I pulled it off and it left a red bump on my skin. I dont know if itll lead to any further complications but i hope not.
