Rooms need improvement.

I just needed a place to stay for a night. The room was clean, easy to book, and the desk lady was nice and informative. I would stay there again if I needed to.

Stayed this weekend at this location with my family and it was terrible. Rooms seemed really nice, breakfast looked good, and pool looked very nice online but came to learn looks can be deceiving. When we checked in the man when checking in was helpful. Next day I had to replace our room key 4x and the last man to assist us Saturday night was very rude, unhelpful, he was hanging out in his car outside of the hotel! We were waiting for about 15 minutes trying to find some to assist us, we kept ringing the bell and no one showed up. Once he decided to show up he was seemed to be caught up in his phone call and the perception we got was that we were interrupting him. Breakfast was so bland and not much of a selection all they had was TX waffles, eggs, biscuits, gravy, nasty dry oatmeal, and cereal. And the pool was out of order to top it off. Overall very disappointed with our stay.

Dirty carpets in the hallways and room. Walked in rooms and basically turned around and left. Rather sleep in my vehicle.

Stayed 3 nights. Did not do our beds.

Mildew smelling rooms worn out furniture with rips and pealing seats key cards don’t work half the time pull out had spots all over it and food in it

Breakfast was nice and my room was made up every day!! Front desk staff were friendly-I enjoyed my stay

We enjoyed the breakfast and that it was close to the location of our work.. the room was spacious; however, the bathroom rails in the tub were pretty gross. I had to make sure to use a wash cloth to pull on because they were not appropriately cleaned. When rubbing on them with the washcloth it got very dark and dirty from the grime & scum. The kitchen amenities located inside the cabinet was a nice touch ..overall our stay was pleasant. There was a working elevator which was most helpful. BEST PLUS- the elevator ..and the breakfast was good... BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT- was the scum on the handicapped pull bars in the bathroom .. still gets a 4 out of 5 star rating because we have stayed in the area before and this was one of the better ones all things considered. We would stay again.

Carpet was filthy. Toilet was broken. Bed was hard.

Upon arriving , and getting into the rooms king suite , there was no remote for the living room tv and the ac unit wouldn’t get cooler than 80 decrees, it made it very difficult to sleep , the guy at the front desk said we could talk to manager in the morning to request a discount , and then the next morning the girl at the front desk was so rude said the guy at night says anything , and that we probably would get a discount , and that we had the option not to stay, I have done a lot of traveling and this was by far the rudest I have been treated while traveling.

There were so many issues with this hotel it’s almost too many to list. First off, the hallways are so dirty, it looks like they don’t vacuum at all. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there were many spots where the carpet looked like bleach had been spilled, it was ugly. Unexplained crumbs/wood chips here and there, very dirty. The ice maker leaked water and their solution was a towel on the floor apparently. The room itself was ok, one of the lamps didn’t work. Bedspreads looked old and worn, bathroom was rundown looking. It looked hastily repainted and the toilet handle was loose. We stayed on the 3rd floor and while the elevator went up from the lobby, it wouldn’t go up to the 3rd floor if called from the 3rd floor, forcing us to take the stairs down. Breakfast was no better, eggs tasted weird, hash browns were soggy and oily. The coffee wasn’t bad. When we were checking out, of course we had to take all our luggage down the stairs and housekeeping was blocking the hallway. They noticed us, but made no attempt to move until I asked them to so we could get through. Front desk reception was ok, but guests in front of us had trouble checking in. I don’t know what the issue was. While the hotel was generally dirty and rundown looking, it was things that could probably be fixed by management just making more effort. This wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but it’s always sad to me when issues are fixable but the people working there just don’t care enough to do it.

Great staff, clean quit stay.

The hotel staff was extremely rude and the hotel was not clean at all. We were told to wait 3 hours for our room so it can be cleaned. We got to the room and there were boogers on the was. Finger nail clippings on the floor stains on the sheets. Hair balls in the bed. Horrible

ALOT of staff doing NOTHING. Not professional, especially Lupita, kids could not eat cereal bc there were no spoons and when I asked for more and thought free breakfast was part of what we pay and she smarted off walking off.. “yeah, OK”. She then knocked on our door when me and my husband were talking and laughing and said I was loud although my husband is super loud and 10x louder than me but she specifically said I was loud. Not him. Tried telling man at desk and he pretty much blew me off and told me he would just write it down and let someone know. Advised him she was harassing us and to keep her away from us. That’s it. Chair in room was peeling black leather peeling off and all over the place.No hygiene product in restroom. Elevator didn’t work properly from 3rd floor. Had to take stairs. Not a pleasant stay especially when staff made it unpleasant.

I don’t know where to start. Dirty, room stink, staff was rude, confrontational and nasty. Bathrooms flooded with showers and multiple things in each room were broken.
