Our room was not ready at 330, a bathroom light was out, and the sink did not drain very well, but overall we were pleased with our stay.

The staff was friendly. The breakkfast was good. The room was okay, but would have been more comfortable and better if there were upgrades with everything. The entertainment center wood was chipped at the bottom. The headboard needed cleaned. The pillows were flat not fluffy. Gum was on the floor. There was no alarm clock, no couch chair, and no extra light. I saw a couple of roaches in the bathroom. The breakfast area looked more cleaned and upgraded. If these things can be addressed, it would be a 5 star on everything.

We were comfortable and relaxed loved our room. Being a pet friendly hotel was a plus because we were able to have our baby girl stay with us. We will definitely be returning to LaQuinta.

My stay was 2 nights. First night carpet in room was wet. Room was changed next day. Second room also has too much moisture in room. Paperwork was curled up and unpacked clothes were damp. Noticed multiple areas of water damage to ceiling in lobby. Cleaning chemical odor in rooms too strong.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Shower head and water spouts are disgusting. Desperately in need of upgrades. Hair still in tub. Facility in general was a mess. Lobby waiting area had trash on the floor. Throughout the facility there was trash and lack of general cleaning. I arrived 1 hour after normal check in and no room was ready for me. They said they had been sold out for 3 days and were behind which I get but they should have prepared better for a big weekend. I didn’t have time to wait but had no choice.

Staff lady who booked us in forgot she booked us in. Then an hour later as im sleeping in bed the same staff member walks in my room with two people expecting to stay in room. I was in bed sound asleep. This was horrible. She said she made a mistake and tried to book me in another room. I said no. Capet was so dirty that bottom of your feet would turn black. This was the worst place I ever stayed at. Dont stay here. Its not a good place and staff can just walk in anytime to your room with others which was very unsettling. Not safe and filthy carpets.

The beds in the room need to be replaced; they were pretty much at the end of their useful life, they were very sunken in the middle. The hotel is in the middle of a renovation, so maybe the beds will be replaced soon. Overall, the hotel was very nice. The breakfast was very good as well.

Seems like there are long term families living there. Rude, unaccompanied kuds running around, no shirts, no shoes, foul mouths, screwing around in gym without parents. Foul language and behavior at breakfast, not wearing shirts and barefoot. Rules for breakfast area not enforced. Flies everywhere. Gym equipment...half not working, other half damaged, dirty and in need of service. No sweat towels, air conditioning broken, felt i needed a tetanus shot after being in gym. Room was good

Check in was easy and quick, and the front desk staff were friendly. We enjoyed that there was a snack area open in the lobby to purchase food and drinks. Unfortunately, the pool was exceptionally green and cloudy, with foamy water and pieces of dirt floating on top. When we woke up in the morning, we discovered a large pile of ants in the floor near our fridge. There was a hardened sticky spot near our dresser that appeared to be attracting them. While looking at the ant situation, I realized there were many hairs on the floor that appeared to be dog hair, as well as the area around the mini fridge being exceptionally dirty.

Carpet was sticky. Living room area had a lot of ants. Pull out bed mattress was falling apart. No usb port in room. Head board was dusty. Needs new pillows. Not child friendly!! 4th floor windows could be slid open. Doors didn’t have upper swing lock & unlocked from the inside just by turning the handle. We had to move the table against the door to keep our toddler from opening it. Loved the way the suite was set up and having 2 bathrooms and 2 tvs with beautiful French doors between the rooms. Main beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Pool was clean and a comfortable temperature. Staff was very friendly.
