We arrived earlier than expected and the gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to see if our room was ready so that we could ck in early. The room was clean and as advertised. The bed was amazing, best sleep on our trip and it was very quiet! Would highly recommend this hotel!!!

We chose La Quinta as it’s the only option in Maricopa other than the casino to be near family. The accommodations were fine for what we needed, though we did run out of bath and facial tissues the first day, but we were able to acquire those from the front desk. Breakfast was nothing special, but adequate for our needs. One annoying thing, though, is if you have to use the public restroom next to the pool for more than a couple of minutes remember to bring a flashlight as the lights go out automatically rather quickly.

There is dried blood or something that looks like it on the shower curtain AND the ironing board. There was a funky unpleasant odor in the third floor hallway both the evening that we checked and the following morning that we checked out. AN UNCLEAN ODOR. We stayed at this property for 3 days last September and the quality from then to now IS GREATLY different! The price of the rooms went up about 30%. Get your act together.

Excellent really nice a clean , however I had to move to second floor room due to a mouse , it got in an ran into the restroom, upon closer inspection, it had a hole under sink ..it might have been there awhile

I left an unopened bag of M&Ms out on the desk. In the morning it was chewed through and M&Ms were strewn about each one having been partially eaten. Obvious from rodents.

There was a mix up on my booking, and charged for 2 nights, only stayed 1 night. Was rejected for a refund. It was either orbitz or this property. When I figure it out, I will rethink continuing business with them

Our stay was fine, however tub didn’t drain, overflow drain in sink was black with mold/mildew and ice machine was broken on our floor.
