Customer service was great, facility was clean. The only downfall was the part of town it was in. Lots of homeless. The parking lot is HUGE with lots of open area, there is security but we were a little nervous leaving anything in our truck as well as made sure we could see the truck from our room because we had a trailer attached to our truck.

The staff were very friendly and appreciated.
I wanted to swim in the pool however it’s only open seasonal. Other than that. It was creat and clean, friendly staff.

This hotel is in a great location and has a beautiful lobby. There should be more handicap parking spots, there are only 4. We had 1 of the 2 walk-in showers, but the safety bars weren't in the best locations and the shower let the floor get very wet which creates another hazard. The couch in the suite has probably been there longer than expected and is really uncomfortable to sit on! The staff was all very nice and courteous and we will definitely stay again.

Homeless people camped out all around the property. Dirty rooms. TVs did not work in either room. No assistance from the front desk. Told to call 800 number. Spent 30 minutes with "tech support" who I am not sure even knew what a tv was. They had cereal at breakfast but no milk. Bread but no way to toast it (toaster broken).We were supposed to have connecting rooms. We did not. So they said they would put us in rooms next to each other. They put us in rooms down the hall from each other. The door to my room did not lock and light shines through the jam from the hall. I put a chair against it while I tried to sleep. The AC did not work. My sink did not drain. The toilet was about 10 inches off the ground. Pool was not open. Asked for extra towels and was denied the request. Worst hotel stay ever.

When we first arrived at the Property, there was a guy that spilled a Horchata in front of the elevator. No one ever cleaned it up. It was still there the next morning. There was just a wet floor sign with a towel on top of it our door handle to our bathroom was broken off. It kept coming detached. The pool wasn’t open and it’s advertised as being open They were so short staffed. There was a huge line of people waiting to check in and only one person at the front desk and whenever we called the front desk, they’re so short staffed no one ever answered the phone. The workers did a good job, but there was not enough people there to help with the amount of people you have staying there Very unimpressed will not be back.

Clean , looks newly updated , comfortable beds , fridge , microwave, coffee maker in room . Free breakfast and parking with 24 hr security. Pool and hot tub look nice but closed for the season. Restaurant/ bar open from 4-8 with tasty selections . Hotel is in an industrial area with homeless and off the highway so can here the traffic but the AC works great and drowns the noise , and only a 2 min $7 uber ride to Tacoma Dome which is why we chose it , for the location .. wasn’t disappointed . Recommend if going to a show at Tacoma Dome..

I’m so sorry I chose La Quinta to stay in for 2 nights on my trip! The facility is in poor condition, and noisy!! And I was expecting to have conditioner for my hair! Instead there were 2 bottles of shampoo. None was available at the front desk, either.
