The place was as expected for price. Its an old hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfy. They accommodated us for our check-in and check-out. Which was appreciated! Best part is they are dog friendly, dog fee is only $10.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The room was clean and spacious with an excellent desk for working on our computer or having a bite to eat. My GPS did not identify all of the eating possibilities that are within walking distance. It is close to the airport, but I don't recall any jet noise. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic!

It was perfect for a one-night near airport stay. The beds were comfortable, room clean, lobby very well kept, and complimentary breakfast better than some. Seemed to be managed well.

Very helpful at the front desk. Accommodated our request for 1st floor room. Totally reasonable price for having our small dog! We were able to park our car in their lot for our 2-week vacation at a very reasonable rate. And they offer airport pick-up upon our return. Excellent overall service. We will return again for future airline trips. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

Room door had an issue with closing and locking. Called the front desk and the woman clerk was doing the best she could but her manager was rude. He made me feel guilty for not wanting to stay in an unsafe room. No apolgies for a broken door and was instead treated like I broke it when we just got to the room! He offered no accommodations or solutions once the door began "working" again. He continuously showed annoyance at us for even wanting to switch rooms and instead pressured us to stay in the room because the door started locking again. A/C was terrible and our room stayed humid the entire stay. Will not be coming back and I am telling everyone to stay away!

This is a nice clean property, comfortable room, adequate breakfast close to the airport.
I had a few hours in the evening and took a 15 minute uber to "old town"...that was fun and fascinating place to be. A open show on the common, cool places to explore, some beautiful, some great arts (and tourist trap shops too) .
In the morning I wanted to take a 30 to 90 minute walk.. to someplace interesting to see -- before my flight. There were know ideas at the desk -- just sprawl evevy-where around. I thought I could walk to the Rio Grand Rive and find a park at least 45 minutes down the his all I could find is a train yard with no access.. seeing the neighborhoods there had it's own interest (much poverty and a -lot of loud barking dogs fortunately behind gates)
When I went to the desk and ask for a ride to the airport I was in the car in a few minutes and at the airport in 5 -- Which clearly was the big advantage of this location

this was truly a hidden GEM, thanks Expedia and LaQuinta, they had a shuttle that was prompt and the property although older was in better shape then new hotels I've stayed at. Clean, excellent staff, great FREE breakfast, and everyone was so nice and the housekeeping staff was awesome.

I stopped at this hotel as a place to rest on my way to California. Judging by the lobby I thought the room was going to be clean and upgraded, but it wasn’t.
The room is old and had a really gross smell. They need to do a deep clean of the room and make sure they get the dust from behind the bed.
Also the toilet was running all night which hindered my sleep.

The entire room was dirty, it smelt bad, the sheets and a towel had blood stains. When i went to go get a refund for the room, it was reject on basis of "we used the room". 30 minutes had passed and all we did was move the sheets and wash our hands.
