What Guests Say About Their Stay

So it was okay. It was not as nice as the one on the south end of town. The bathtub had some weird marks in it and it looked like there might have been some kind of weird mold in the shower. At the top I was in room 125 but other than that everything else was up the par and the breakfast was good and everybody was very polite

Price reflected quality of room and building overall. Overall was middle of the road type of room.

Very loud room! The toilet ran, fridge kept coming on and the a/c was ridiculously loud. The outside was shabby and the room wasn't great. Filly of sketchy folks.

Room was damp and smelled mildewy, there was no hot water when we needed to shower, no ice available. The continental breakfast was non existent. I was harassed about parking, charged a deposit twice. The parking lot had groups of homeless panhandling, have never had such a terrible stay with Laquinta. We would like a refund!

Place was disgusting. Bath felt like you were going to fall through NO water pressure. Grounds all had dog poop throughout. And yes, we had a dog and picked up her poop!

They didn't have the room I booked (king suite.) They said all they could do was two queens. When I got into the room, it was clearly two doubles, not queens. There were 4 of us, so I called to see if they could actually find a 2 queen room. They said that all they had was a king with a couch that would only sleep 1, and that even the king suite was just a king with a small couch in another room that would only sleep 3. They insisted that the two doubles were queens and they were the best option. The pet area was packed with cigarette butts and dog poop, had no bags, and the trash can was full of trash. At breakfast the next morning, the waffle batter was empty and there was nothing but some cereal (no milk), and half a loaf of bread (no butter, jelly, etc). As we were walking out to buy breakfast elsewhere, someone walked in with a whopping 4 bagels to restock. 6 people stood there eyeing them... Our bathtub had a crack in it that had a failed attempt at a seal, so we showered instead. The pressure was so high that it was painful. When we got out, we realized that the shower curtain was not waterproof, so the floor was soaked. That clearly had been a problem for a long time because all the tiles were just sitting on the floor, no longer sealed with any grout. The toilet also ran all night. When I went to check out, I asked if they could do anything for us on account of (see everything above). They said there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't even waive the pet fee.

This hotel is not nice, major disappointment from the nice pictures shown. The tub had permanent stains, enough for me to not use it at all. Floor and everything seemed dirty and poor craftsman ship overall. Sketchy people hanging around and walking through the courtyard. Keep up all night, by other occupants making noise and yelling, leaving drugs on a ledge by our room. Do not waste money on staying here. Not a safe place. I would love to get my money back.

For the price it was good, between the system and the actual hotel there was some confusion as I booked a suite and when i got there they said there shouldnt have been 1 available. It is what it is but still a little sad about it

The front desk was too busy on their phone to get me checked in and was complaining about me going through a third-party. The floors in the room were nasty.

From the start they didn't collect a deposit and we extended our stay 3 times. The 3rd time I extended, is when I was told about their deposit mistake and asked if he can secure the room for me with $I just had given and said let me run to bank for the deposit and I'll be right back.... He ended up checking us out and using the money for a balance that didn't exist and not refunded all while playing dumb making me look bad or stupid and nothing done but charged me more money to stay even tho it was not my fault now I'm missing 400$

The smoke alarm was going off in the first room we where assigned. The clerk advertised me to just remove the smoke alarm for the evening. The second room we got was next to the laundry. It smelled like bleach and detergent. My eyes we're watering, and my throat was extremely scratchy. The nighttime clerk reassigned us to another room and it was clean.

Well where to start, the pictures provided online definitely don't truly represent the rooms. If I could give negative stars I honestly wouldn't hesitate to do so because aside from the bed being comfy there wasn't anything to write home about. Things wrong: 1. The heater did NOT push out hot air (CO Springs in January = COLD, not sure if it was warmer outside or inside) 2. Water was lukewarm and slightly warmer in the morning 3. There was poop on the shower curtain and blood on the night stand 4. There was obviously water underneath the shower/tub.. the floor was literally moving underneath (Felt like you were standing on bubblewrap) 5.The key didn't work to get in my room on the second day and the guy at the desk argued with me that I had changed rooms (I wasn't at the hotel all day as I was attending class) 6. The toilet wouldn't hardly flush and acted as if it was going to back up (it's not like I was using a whole roll of toilet paper...no hand torches to wipe with ;) ) I am usually NEVER to be like this to write a review BUT the conditions were terrible, I was thinking my truck seemed like an almost better option to stay in... although the only positive thing in the entire hotel was the bed was pretty comfortable.

Looks like they found a bunch a furniture at goodwill or side of the road and just threw it in there. We got a suite and it was in horrible condition. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
