2nd stay here. Clean and updated for an older building. Close to a variety of activities and points of interest. Close to several great places to eat and also event center.

For a hotel that is dated it was pretty good. The floors were amazing, the bed and pillows extremly comfortable, nice fridge and microwave. My favorite part was charging stations in all walls, both plug and usb. If i could change anything would be harder water pressure. Other than that this was a great room. No bad smells and not trashy. Very clean.

ok - great renovation, everything clean...problem is my door had a one inch gap on the bottom left side...I covered it with a towel...the room itself is a bit loud from the street ...I don't have a huge problem, just put on the fan but others might but everything else was fine. Don't expect much for breakfast - toast, bagels, waffles, yogurt, fruit but for the price - this was an excellent stay for me. I walked the neighborhood behind it which is lovely and funky and close to a great bar. Seems safe enough to me...I'd go back for the value

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were pretty clean. The bedding was very old so had a few stains but I could tell they were clean, just simply stained. The check in process was incredibly bad though. It took forever to get checked in to realize they gave us a room that was already occupied. We ended up walking in on a couple enjoying relations! The woman was not dressed and the man was quite pissed off which I do not blame him however it was completely not our fault. So with our hands completely full with our belongings we made a trip back to the office to get assigned another room along with the pissed off original occupant. Lets just say it was incredibly awkward for everyone involved and so inconvenient as well. It ended up taking a good hour just to get checked into our room.

Roaches, I was greeted at the top of the morning by a roach. Breakfast was really just a quick cold grab…not hot but the lidless coffee. I asked for a coffee lid and the front counter guy never looked up and said that they didn’t have any. I watched as the white guy came up and asked and was given one immediately! Smdh!

It’s an older property that has been updated. Fixtures and furniture are clean and modern and so are the bathrooms. They do offer a small continental style breakfast in the mornings.

I loved everything except the breakfast which sucked. Choices were all carbs-dry cereal, bagels, muffins or waffles. That’s it! Not even peanut butter (protein) for my bagel.

In our first room, there were 2 issues: the bedding smelled clean, like bleach, but had stains and the wall unit was making a terrible sound and was not putting off heat during a cold spell in Dallas. We dealt with it and asked to be moved the 2nd night. In our first NEW room, the wall unit did not come on at all. When we called the front desk, the clerk was rude and said he couldn’t guarantee another room would have heat either, but WE could check?! So my husband went down and had a few words, but we got a 3rd room. This one was better and no noticeable stains on the bedding. Overall, the manager Danny was kind and comped our 2nd night. We used Hotels.com which did rate it at 6.2, they were right!

The most DISGUSTING experience I have ever had at a hotel. When I first walked into my hotel room it smelled like weed. It was midnight I was tired I dealt with it. When I pulled the sheets off my bed to lie down the sheets were filthy. Stained yellow brown and black with black crumbs in the bed. Every pillow case was also stained with makeup and god knows what else. I called the front desk and asked for another room. To my horror the sheets in the second room were even worse. And this time the filth was not only on the sheets underneath but on the top comforter just out in the open. How anyone made that bed and just left it like that blows my mind. Needless to say I did not complete my intended stay there.
