Stayed at LIC Plaza hotel for one night. The room was very clean and the other guests I met at the lobby and morning breakfast were families and tourists. Subway stations (Queensboro Plaza and Queens Plaza) within walking distance. Hotel is basic with no frills but has all you need for a short stay.

Overall service was really good, the front desk was really helpful and nice. The area looks a little sketchy but no weird activity going on during the night. I would definitely recommend

I walked in and the receptionist was cold and unfriendly. Mechanical. I was less than impressed and also being offered a bottle of wine for being VIP when I am sober for 3 years, didn’t even think to ask me if the gift was ok!!!! Very convenient to Manhattan and all public transportation., Basic furnishing. Room was immaculate. Breakfast was better than some. Very helpful staff. I would recommend for short trip to NYC

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked it because it is close to the metro, but that is not its only advantage. The hotel is clean, with everything you need in the room - microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator. Breakfast at the hotel is simple, but varied. The staff is very friendly and kind.
