Just in Denver for an overnight for family event and arrived and was treated with welcome reception and service. They had left a bottle of wine in our room due to a mildly broken shade - appreciated the anticipatory service that did indeed extend into the restaurant. Had dinner after long day and restaurant the had a great dinner and again service was friendly and very courteous.

Easy to check in, great room, location was fantastic and parking was surprisingly easy.
Could hear everything the Upstairs guest was doing, walking, music playing, toilet, shower, including singing and full conversations.

Gives the feel and toiletries of a luxury hotel but still pretty affordable and sooo cute/cozy! The staff responded quickly to any questions I had and check in process was a breeze.

The sheet were clean and the bed was comfy but the walls are thin and the tv is a pain to use. The refrigerator was loud aswell. In general it seemed like this was a hotel made on a budget but with the hopes of charging more for then it’s worth.

Overall it was really good. Location was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was quiet. We had a small issue checking in (iPad wasn’t working) and the water was shut off at one point due to a leaky pipe (they were very kind and apologetic). Both issues were understandable and outside of the general control of the hotel.
There were some weird things like one wastebasket only in the bathroom and the shower head didn’t have the best water pressure. I wish I could only dock a half star because otherwise we were really thrilled with it and would stay again.

Nice hotel, there is no staff so when you need help you have the kiosk as your onky option or a phone number. The smell is suspicious, like too much perfume to cover up something. We notcied water damage on the door frame in our bathroom from swelling and water damage, which probably has mold.
The toilet flush is INSANE so we didnt flush at night as to not wake up everyone else on the planet. The inside is pretty, but our window opened up to a knot of power cords. BUT its Denver so...

We really liked the location & the rooms were super cute. There is no front desk or anyone to call for more towels or hangers.
We were only there one night & enjoyed our time but I think we would prefer more amentities for the room if we were staying longer.

In Premium King room, main bathroom door broken.
Bathroom light switch broken, can't turn off light.
Life House never responded to my chat message, and that is the recommended way to contact them, there is no phone number you can call to talk to a person.
Pic shows what room looked like at 2 AM for twenty minutes until lights finally turned off. Wrecked our sleep.

I like the property’s styling and decor. Seemed to be a lot to do that was walkable. The room was not clean and there were other persons belongings in the room. There is zero concierge or anyone available to help out. No access to any type of bottled water or snacks.
Note to hotel- please have cleaning staff look thoroughly in the room for things. Found a pair of men’s joggers under the couch, pills inside the couch, a folder filled with someone’s personal work information and health information in the nightstand. And there was no Marshall speaker in the room as advertised.

Neighboring room was overheard using abusive and drug language. Extremely loud and yelling at a woman and on the phone. Tried calling to switch rooms and no one answered or responded. Thought about calling the police as I did not feel safe. They should have someone available 24/7 for problems like this.
