M Social New York Downtown (Formerly Millennium Downtown New York )

Under renovation and didn’t inform me or tell me of such. Got there at 530 tried to check in and was told room wouldn’t be ready until 7

Only 1 working elevator and no lobby or bar. Room had no workong AC. My friend also stayed and the bathroom had no shower curtain and water pressure was not existent. Horrible stay.

Everything was great. I only wish i had access to a microwave while i was there.

The room was spacious, renovated and super nice...with a great view. The hotel itself is going through a renovation so that made things a bit tricky with check-in/elevators, etc.

Never said it was under construction. Put us in a room with no working tv. No ice on any floor. Messy.

We stayed in a renovated king panoramic room on the 46th floor. WOW! What a view! We stayed Mon-Wed and it was pretty busy but I don’t have any other experience to compare it too. Avg cost at end of stay was 275/night. Worth it! That’s a deal for the view alone….and the windows were clean! They are doing a great job while dealing with a renovation. This must be considered when reserving here. The staff was gracious and responsive. Once we got on the elevator to go to our room the “under renovation” atmosphere wasn’t noticiable to use. It seemed like a hotel. Things to consider: There is no food service. There is a makeshift station upon entering for morning coffee and bananas. We were near the elevators. We experienced some rude inconsiderate loud people that obviously don’t realize that it isn’t just their hotel, however that’s on them, not the hotel. It wasn’t more than a brief instance two times. It’s not loud. Check in is on the 4th floor temporarily. Elevators to go up go ear popping fast. Views are amazing. Walking distance from Battery Garage that’s 55$ per day for parking. It’s directly across from WTC Mall and subway access is convenient. I would go back today if I had anymore vacation time. This place is a STEAL for its location, staff, view, convenience and quality. I recommend the Millenium.

the view was amazing and well worth the stay. stayed on the 46th floor and it definitely topped the new york experience the area is pricey goto harlem or soho or cheaper foods :)

The property was in construction so we had to take couple of elevators to get to our room. The elevators were slow

We really enjoyed our stay at the Millenium in the Financial District of NY. The staff was very kind. We arrived at 5 am and Robert checked us in quickly and was able to get us directly into a room. It was a godsend after an overnight flight from Los Angeles.

The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. We really like it.

Actual check was easy. The check in desk was temporarily located on the 4th floor. Popperty location allows for access to many eating, shopping and sightseeing, all in walking distance. The hotel restuarant was temporarily- to be opened at a later date. Getting from my floor to the lobby required transferring to a second set of elevator bank.
