Magnolia Bluffs, BW Signature Collection

This hotel needs some serious cleaning. Even the outside could use a fresh coat of paint. Just looks worn. The elevators were not working, so we had to use the service elevator. Which was okay, but the area to use the elevator was not clean. If the service elevator has to be used, the area should be at least clean, even though this is where the laundry room and other work rooms are. Our room smelled like grease. The desk staff said the kitchen was used earlier in the day to cook chicken and/or fish. It smelled like that in our room. However, the breakfast offered was good and filling.

The main elevator was down and had to use the service elevator. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. However, the breakfast was good along with very good service.

Convenient location to all areas of town. Accommodations were very good, bfast hosts were very attentive, as well as the front desk personnel.

Sheets were uncomfortable

What was not liked, the soada machines were eotjer broken or empty, they had an elevator down. But really erked was the driver for the shuttle. Apparently one door didnt work, so we had to get in and slide over, no bigfie, but its captain seats and the drivw had both seat reclined so far back you knees didnt fit.

I was very disappointed with this stay at the Magnolia Hotel in Natchez. My sisters and i celebrated our Birthdays on the 17 and the 19 of April. What should have been a joyus occasion Turned into a nightmare. The room didnt have a phone.The room had poor lighting. The table lamp next to the beds was the only lighting that worked. Corner lamp did not work at all. The security lock on the door broke off as i tried to secure the door. The shower curtain in the bathroom was half the size of the shower. And on the last night of our stay the air-conditioning wasn't working. The room was hot. I let the front desk know the security lock was broken and there was no phone in the room.Busy Easter weekend and only 1 elevator was working. Nicole assured me she would take care of it. The security lock was replaced but still no phone. When ever we visit Natchez we always stay at the Magnolia never had issues in the past. I can assure you we will never stay there again.

The lady checking us out was not friendly. The one that checked us in was awesome.

Perfect customer service

Over charged and they keep saying the manager will contact me or they will help me. But I keep calling and I’m just overcharged and not getting a refund or answers.

My room was given away although it was paid for and i dont GAF about no glitch in a raggedy ass system that allows for someones PAID ROOM to be taken due to "overbooking" because it NEEDS TO BE CHANGED! I SLEPT IN MY CAR AFTER PAYING 200 DOLLARS. I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE BOOK A ROOM HERE BECAUSE ITS NOT GUARANTEED!

Good stay

The hotel site and grounds are beautiful. We booked connecting rooms and both bathroom faucets were very difficult to turn on. The hotel caters to large groups and was not staffed to handle breakfast rush. Ran out of coffee, plates, utensils. Only one elevator working. Staff told us it was down over a year. So sad. Great property.

I am a single dad who travels with my kids and dog. The staff was very professional and the property is well managed and maintained. The breakfast staff was excellent in taking care of my kids. I would stay here many more times if the chance arises. WELL WORTH THE MONEY

They only had 1 elevator working & we had to wait & take turns in the elevator. Also a floor lamp wasn't working that i could've used.

Didn't end up staying, the room stunk like an old locker room. Only one elevator was working, the place had been remodeled but wasn't done well. I do not recommend. Ended up at a Hampton inn next door.

Well we have a tall floor lamp that doesn't work. Then the cabinet that the fridge is in the door is coming off.

Was a night get away with plenty of things to do and great views

Only one of two elevators was working. The room was very dated and in need of updates. We came down for breakfast at 8:15 (breakfast served until 9) to find no eggs and no bacon. We told the staff working the breakfast area who looked for herself and disappeared. A few minutes later she returns and says nothing. I asked her if more food was coming out without saying anything she disappeared again. Finally another person brings food out, but there were no plates or utensils. We ask for some and another 5 minutes pass, we ask again and finally another person comes out with plates and utensils. The hotel got a good writing; however, it did not deserve more than a mediocre rating at best. We would never stay here again and do not recommend it.
