The hotel itself was fine; the rooms were nice, everything was clean, location was great. The breakfast was okay. The offerings were great - eggs, biscuits, gravy, some cereals, waffle-maker, etc.), but the quality was less that at comparable hotels. We had a couple issues with the staff not knowing how to handle tax-free rooms and not giving a proper receipt. Some re-training is probably in order for the staff.

Room was ok. I reserved it because there was an in room Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi did not work.

The hotel is looking a little rundown, but the room was clean, and the staff was nice.

I paid for the hot tub suite and the hot tub did not work. Also, the air conditioner in the living room did not work.

The shouldn’t be able to charge more than $50 for the night there. However, it’s the only hotel in town so kudos to them for capturing the market. Furniture is like 20 years old. Towels are super thin some have holes in them.

Waste of money, no proper breakfast. Out of service and quality of food items is not even good. No hair dryer working. Total night AC is at low temperature but room is hot. Lucky we stay at one night but the hotel is not suggested to stay .

The only bad thing was a floodlight pointed directly at my window. It wasn't enough to keep me awake if I closed the curtains, but it did look like it might be day outside 24/7. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel, friendly staff and clean and nice rooms.

This place was horrible. Went to check in husband wasn’t even greeted nicely,Just a whoare you? Room was in terrible shape. Bathroom was dirty with crusted toothpaste on nozzle and front of sink area. Shower had black in upper corners. Says black out curtains but sun was shining in as soon as sun came up. Outside you can see torn screens and a board in a window. Roof shingles all over property. Furniture has seen much better days. Lamp in bedroom looks like it was put out in the 80’s. No accessory plugs so hopefully you bring boxes to plug in your phone and iPads. They offer breakfast but after condition of hotel I didn’t trust breakfast to be sanitary. Would not recommend this place for my dog to stay.

Good location. Nice property with decent staff. Love the hot tub

“Free” breakfast could have options like sweet rolls. Orange juice was awful. Eggs were tough and biscuits were overcooked.

Hot tub was not working

cockroach and old mattresses, the bathroom shower, the shower in poor condition and in the tub the water takes a long time to drain

This hotel seems to be nice from the pictures. It was late when we got in so we went straight to bed. One thing we noticed right away was the smell of the hotel. There were also a few dead bugs by the air conditioner-heating unit. I didn’t think much of it. The next morning when we woke up, my daughter noticed something on her comforter that looked either like mud or poop. We called and asked for another one, which look them hours to bring. We could clearly see animal tracks throughout the rooms and into the showers. At this point I figured we were only going to stay one more night and not be there during the day, so whatever. They have the pool completely closed, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Their elevator sounded horrible and at one point, the light wouldn’t turn on at all, I figured it probably broke down because it was really sounding like it would. So my children and I had to take the stairs. While we were there, I cut myself with a disposable razor I brought. Nothing big, however, about a week later and I was diagnosed with Mrsa. I was told by the health care worker I saw that I most likely picked it up from this hotel. Could have been from the bedding. The cut allowed for a passage for it intrude. 1000% do not recommend this hotel. Which sucks because having multiple rooms is really nice for a family getaway.

It was ok. Very mediocre. Commerce should do better

It was ok but the light from outside came directly in your face all night and to pay 118 for a room i did not get good sleep

Very simple hotel but it lacked a few things sadly it’s the only hotel in the city near the university

Big room and the bathroom had a new shower and toilet.

My husband stayed at this hotel while he was fossil hunting in Ladonia and Ben Franklin. He was very happy with it. He was especially impressed with the breakfast.
