Very competent and timely service from Terryal at frknt desk. Enjoyed the evening swimming with family.

Parking was easy and a good price. Rooms were clean enough. The beds were cofortable but a bit high for senior citizens.

Staff was great, room was very clean. Cute courtyard by the breakfast place. We will be going back.

Terrible!! Had to leave at 5am due to being kept up all night by loud guests upstairs and all around. The room had a weird smell, ugly lighting, was unattractive and depressing and there was a loud running toilet. Our room key did not work and we had to go to the front desk to get a new one. Overall it was more like staying in a bad Motel 6 than staying in a nice hotel. Awful!

I didn’t like the parking the fact that it was to small I left two jackets and no one bothered calling me the room was dirty when we got back from are trip.

The only issue I had was the way the shower worked. I had to hold the button for a long time before the shower stayed on. Other then that it is a nice hotel.

Property was clean however security was an issue anyone could and did get into the pool. 2 11 year olds who were not guests at the hotel rang havoc in the pool for hours and it turns out they do this multiple times a week. Anyone could get into the courtyard and to your hotel door. Rarely saw security at their post and when they were around they didn’t look up from their phones.

The property was quiet, clean and safe.

Beautiful property, great location, loved the pool/hot tub and overall vibe.

Tv cable was not working , large marble table in room blocks air conditioning. We were given another room right away upon calling front desk. Mr. Lawerence Carter. Was very sweet in helping us with our complaint. All in all once the quirks were worked out very comfortable room.

So we stayed there Sunday may 11th to Wednesdays may 14th. Our total stay cost $299.63. Upon check in we were charged $399.63 which covered the reservation costs and deposit. I was told then that the deposit would be refunded between 7 to 10 days after checkout. At checkout on Wednesday i spoke to kewonda (sp) and was told i never paid for my stay. I showed her on my phone my bank statement showing where they took $399.63 and also took $85.32 for parking for 3 days. She said they don’t show that i ever paid and i have to pay again. She tried to run my card and it declined because they had already gotten the payment on Sunday. I called my bank on speaker phone and the bank representative told kewonda that maison st charles already received the payment and that their bank had it as pending still. While on hold with the bank the automated message gave my checking account balance of $288. Right then when kewonda heard that she ran my card for an additional $281!!! She emptied my checking account AFTER MY BANK TOLD HER THEY ALREADY TOOK THE $399.63 AND $85.32. When i told her that left me with $7 to drive from new orleans to Indiana her response was "you left yourself with no money" and laughed and said "good luck"! I called the police- they said its a civil matter and i need to sue the hotel. So nowim stuck in new orleans with $7, nowhere to stay and no money to get home and maison st charles owes me $381!!!! I was told i have to wait 7 to 10 business days. Will never go back.

Love the hotel

Nice little tucked away spot in a popular location. A quiet courtyard type hotel with many rooms. Nicely kept greenery and pool area. Parking was ver convenient, and cheaper than most in the city. Price was very affordable as well.

Very unique property. Exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful location, spacious room, incredibly gracious staff and just a great time!!!! We will definitely come back! They were very accommodating for our 150# service dog!
