Margaritaville Cottages Orlando with H2O Waterpark by Rentyl

We stayed at this resort last year and it was much more enjoyable last year. Our cottage this year had AC problems, had to call twice to get it fixed. Only two out five TVs worked even after calling for assistance. We were told repeatedly that our requested early check-in couldn't be fulfilled because the cottage was being cleaned, but upon getting into the cottage there was food in the sink, hair in the showers, and the floors were filthy.

Will stay again!!!

I like everything, good experience. Nothing bad to say.

Not a fan. Was run down, also I left my macbook charger there, called within hours to tell them that I left it plugged in the wall beside the TV in the living room. They said they would get back to me. Never heard from them. The charger did not get up and walk away. Needless to say, I don't appreciate that at all. Would not stay again.

Room wasn’t ready for me or many others at check-in time. Many were waiting in the lobby.

It was a great place, great outdoor private pool for the area surrounding our villa and close to all Disney parks

We absolutely loved our stay. This is our second year going to Margaritaville. The Villa we stayed in was beautiful and the property surrounding it was beautifully maintained. We will definitely be going back for a 3rd time.

Lots of places to swim on the resort. Housing was excellent. Quiet peaceful resort with great amenities and location.

The property was clean and beautiful and very comfortable. Kitchen amenities were satisfactory, but certainly nothing extra including hand soap, pot holders, baking sheet so I had to purchase a few necessities. I thought it would be important to rent a house through Margaritaville resort in order to use a resort amenities, but honestly never wanted to leave the house to go to the main resort anyway. Waited in line at the front desk about 35 minutes to ask about the waterpark vouchers only to find out that that “wasn’t included in my stay” not sure why pretty frustrating considering my family was all waiting in the hot weather at the waterpark. no sense of urgency at the front desk, the line stretched across the lobby and took about 10 minutes per person. But again the actual cottage was amazing.

Margaritaville Resort Orlando was amazing! We got a cottage--it's the best! Booked a 2 bedroom premium, which is actually a 3 bd bc one bedroom is small w/twin bed, perfect for child, but they upgraded us to 3 bedroom premium w/ hot tub. 1 primary w/en suite downstairs and another one upstairs. The other bedroom was nice size w/queen bed. Having 3 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen w/a blender is awesome. The patio with table & chairs, hot tub, and 2 lounge chairs was great for a.m. coffee. Jacob was wonderful at check in! Cottage was spotless. Walmart groceries delivered right to cottage. Food and drinks at resort were great. Free shuttle was great to take us to a mini Disney Springs called Sunset Walk, but was an easy 15 minute walk from cottages. We also got free tix to H2O water park for each day which was right down the road. . The main pools Fins Left and Fins Right are heated with pool service for food and drinks. Live music, fun family vibe. Only 1 issue was the ball playing in the pool. SO obnoxious. Just don't. This isn't YOUR pool, so taking all corners up and throwing the ball across the entire pool so everyone else had to get splashed in the face or hit with a ball is ridiculous. Go play in a park if you want to throw a ball around. Thank goodness for the smaller License to Chill pool. No ball playing, but no drink service. It was not a big deal to go to the inside bar for drinks. This resort is beautiful, clean, and affordable. Very happy family vacay!

There wasn’t any towels for The pool. There wasn’t any extra blankets. The air conditioner malfunctioned and we froze for a couple of days and then we overheated. Called the main lodge to come fix it. It took them forever to bring us blankets and other things we needed. Line was so long in the lodge that we needed up buying our own stuff.

Excellent accommodations. Very clean.

Well we got to the RESORT and went to the pool around 7pm. Unfortunately we couldn't get anything to eat and the bar was closing 7pm at a RESORT during spring break.Epic fail.Then our condo was dirty.Called 3X.No sheets for pull out sofa.Called 3X.Then they sent over a blanket....where are the sheets????Called back because it was after 9pm and waiting for sheets so we could go to bed. Was on hold for over 13 minutes. Called back right to VM. My daughter calls and miraculously they answer. Say they will bring the sheets immediately.40 minutes later we call back and whoever answers says there's a work order.For when?20 minutes later after we told the person that we needed 20 minutes later after we told the persto go to bed they arrived.Sliding glass door AND FLOORS WERE FILTHY. Someone had thrown a drink at the glass door from the inside. NO FREE WATERPARK AFTER I CONFIRMED THERE WAS. Was afforded the generous abililty to buy a day at the park for $5 a person.They had the audacity to throw in a convenience fee.How ironic?Complained at desk/FRYING PAN WAS REMINISCENT OF A WOK COULDN'T COOK BACON ON IT. SENT US A NEW PAN THAT WAS BENT. LIKE WHAT??????? Call to resort on Monday, was told LEO would call me back. It's Wednesday no call from Leo. Very disappointed is saying it politely. I'm a single grandmother who works two jobs and saves for two years to take my family on a beautiful vacation and wanted to cry. Tell Leo I won't hold my breath that he'll call me back.

We have stayed at Margaritaville once before and it was wonderful. This time we decided to spend a little more for a bigger cottage with a private pool and it was just OK. The biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness when we checked in--something you never want to see when you check into a place. That kind of killed things for us. Furthermore, they had no towels, which they corrected, but again...just eh. We also had issues with the coffee pot and the outlets in the kitchen. Management says they will offer us a discount to come back and I hope they follow through as this place has a lot of pluses.

The house we rented was beautiful and the pool area felt like a Caribbean resort.

Was there for four nights in a 5 bedroom cottage with private pool. Almost two hours to check in. The room had no towels there was a broken chair broken blinds and the pool was dirty. We were promised that someone would come clean it never came until the day before we leaving in which we went to Disney so couldn’t even use it.

I like the multi level and the property is well kept.

The AC did not work the day before our checkout. The cleanliness was below standard. The 24-hour emergency service stated it was unavailable. There was no real connection between the staff and customers. I will not stay here again!
