Marriott's Cypress Harbour Villas

Loved the stay. Very comfortable. However there was a lot of construction around the villa we stayed at so it was super noisy

Great location, close to convention center. Excellent staff, friendly, clean. Nice pool and lake area for sitting.

Simply beautiful

In Orlando but feels like the Keys or Islands! So much betterbthan the chain hotels!

It was a great trip. Hotel has plenty of space, clean, and lots to do (weather permitting).

Amazing place for a family vacation. Loved the activities available for the whole family. I wish the pools were a little bigger. We were initially given a villa right in front of active construction, but were moved to a much better location after a few requests. The staff is great overall. Would like to recognize Marie, she was so nice!

The resort is beautiful, they have activities, pool wasn't crowded and staff we're friendly

Hotel was great, too bad we’re too busy spending our time in the theme parks and no time to enjoy all the amenities of the resort. The suite was spacious and comfortable. If we go to Orlando again definitely want to stay here.

This property is so beautiful and well kept! There is so much to do and everything is fun for the whole family. We will definitely be visiting again!

Stay was pleasant

We stayed in 7401. The room smelled moldy and musty so we got some carpet fresh and threw it down. The shower in the main bathroom was not clean. Long hairs all in it. My hair is in locs and my husband is bald. The hot tub was dirty and the mirror around it had fingerprints on it. Thank goodness we bring our own cleaning supplies. Towards the end, the shower leaked into the living room and cause the carpet to be soaked. The carpet leading to second bedroom was soaked also. A roach, crawled from underneath the sink in the second bathroom and that was it for me. One of the days we went to the pool, as soon as we were about to get in, security or someone had to remove POOP out of it. One of the ladies acted like that was a normal thing to happen in the pool. Don’t know if it was a child or an adult, but that was disgusting! Pissed me my husband off and we grabbed our things and left and went to another pool. Needless to say the staff were awesome. There were things we loved, and things that fell short. Briefly, - overall a beautiful well run area, family and retiree vibe - clean and well maintained, pool is clean. - most of the staff were just lovely - very limited dining, there is just one "bar and grill" on site which we found average and lacking healthy options. so you essentially have to Uber or DoorDash for food. no other shuttle transportation is provided. - be careful where they put you. the neighboring property is doing massive construction. I asked a week ahead of my stay NOT to be near this, and they gave me a room literally at the back of the property (FAR from the main lobby) and overlooking the construction. ugly awful view, and the sounds of construction trucks starting at 7am. not the relaxing couple of days I was hoping for. - you need to ASK for housekeeping, which I wasn't told. - also, its a huge property and we weren't told (we figured it out later in the stay) that you can ask to be shuttled around on a golf cart or can take a pontoon boat across the lake - staff - I really was upset that I wasn't told ahead of time we would be living on a construction site, I would never have stayed. that said, my son (12) loved fishing, swimming and taking the pontoon on the lake so he was happy.

Really nice hotel, good location. Areas of improvement include a better stocked shop and a proper restaurant.

We have stayed here in the past and loved the size of the place. While we still loved the size of the place, the pool and the quietness, some things have changed. I feel it is crazy to be changed $25 a night for self parking at a hotel where I am already paying over $300 a night to stay at. At a minimum that fee should be disclosed when booking. Getting phone calls, EVERY MORNING, to try to sell me time shares while I am on vacation is crazy. We had to take the phone off the hook. While crowded, we still enjoyed the pool and the room, but charging for parking is insane. They even charged my father $30 for parking to come over to our place for cocktails one evening, he was there for less than an hour. . I guess we need to walk here next time, but there will not be a next time.
